The front desk person was super friendly and helpful. They charged for parking which I am not sure why. The process to do that was not that easy. Other than that, it was a good stay

We were there for the cross country middle school state championship.

The hotel was in the midst of remodeling and although im sure it will nice when finished, it did not make for the most pleasant experience. Also, the pool closed at dusk, which means it was closed by the time we arrived. The pull out couch had spilled food dried on it and the room had a musty old cigarette smell.

The staff were doing the best they could. Food was horrible. No one knew how to make drinks, but the staff was polite and did the best they could.

This property is being updated and we stayed on a floor that was updated - so very nice. We were comfortable and enjoyed the staff who were very friendly.

Wish I would have known there was construction going on prior to booking but overall it was good, minus having to walk past the lady who basically lived out the front door ALWAYS smoking.

We arrived at the property at 1:30am and there was nobody on the property. I called the reception 5 times while in the lobby hoping an employee could hear the phone. Nobody came to pick up the phone. We went all around the property looking for an employee and nobody was there. Finally someone came 45 minutes later. He was extremely rude and very childish in his behavior, calling us “Nihao” because we are asian looking. We are Cambodian, not Chinese. He told us we did not have a reservation when we had one. He told us the hotel was full and did not want to give us our keys when we had already check in online and my name was assigned to a room already. He should have apologize to have us waiting 45 minutes in the lobby. Instead, he lost his control and professionalism and called us rude and impolite.

Yeah it's really good. They're currently renovating so that's to be taken into consideration - but it didn't affect my stay at all. Only thing I'd say is the air con in the room is so loud! I had to put noise cancelling headphones on to sleep.

Positives, location and decent morning breakfast.
Negatives, lots of construction mess and noise. Only one elevator available due to construction and the front entrace was blocked off for days. This meant you had to come in thru a side entrance.
Management expressed little to no concern when I informed her that the bath towels are placed on an ulgly, severly rusted towel rack still in a newly renovated room #519. Who wants to use a bath towel after its been sitting on rusted metal?
I should her pictures of the bathroom towel rack.
She simply said that the bathroom was not part of the renovation.
Defeclting responsibilities was not a good answer to a paying customer if you expect them to return and recommended the property to others.

What a pleasant surprise! When I realized the hotel was undergoing renovations, I was concerned. From the check in with Patricia until we checked out, every effort was made to minimize disruption to guests.,Patricia was amazing. Her professionalism and humor won us over initially. But we were blown away the next day when the same Patricia recognized us and asked how the wedding was! She had listened—and remembered. Outstanding customer service!

The property is being renovated and its desperately needed. The lobby is unattractive and the rooms are tired and out of style. Not comfortable and cozy at all. The breakfast buffet taates ok but its also very basic. The fact that they charge $10 to park is ridiculous, its a quiet area and theres lots of room! I was shocked. Nothing was sparkling clean, everything looked tired. The one plus: the staff was kind and helpful, but overall i was glad to leave. I expected better especially for the price. Time to update and stop charging for an open parking lot!

All went well until I left a pair of earrings on the night stand and they couldn't/wouldn't find them. 150% positive I left them. Either they don't clean well or someone took them.. PS, they weren't expensive, worth about $20, I just liked them and wanted them back. No on cared.

Stayed for two nights while having treatment at local hospital. Currently doing renovation so things were a little out of place. We were on level 6 and these were not yet renovated. The AC was very noisy so sleeping was a problem. The sink faucet was very short not over sink, and water had to be all the way on or it was hitting the counter. Lots of space in the room. Pillows were those uncomfortable half size so stacking them was the only option.

I was not fond of paying for parking on top of my rental of the room. 2 days after checking out the 15 hold on my card if I was to use room service is still pending and had not been cleared out of the system as I didn't use room service. I bought a 20oz soda from the front desk and they charged 4 for 1 drink.

This hotel is dirty, carpet of the hallway smells realy bad and the room is very old and the carpet was dirty also the shower has mold.
They are under construction and they never informed Expidia about this.

Great place with lots of space. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast! There is a $10 a night charge for parking but location was great to walk to many places.

When I arrived a was disappointed there was a parking fee. I did not see mention of the parking fee in the Hotels.com description, also I did not see mention that the hotel was under renovation.
I stayed over on a Friday night for business and I was placed on a floor with a good number of youth (sports team most likely) These youth were middle school age and were poorly supervised throughout the evening. You should note this hotel is near a complex which has youth sports on weekends.

The place is worn down, smells like weed. The door non to my room kept coming off. You have to pay your parking and there is nearly no parking spots at night. People hang around the side doors waiting for someone with a hotel card to open. I was charged 5 times and I have proof. Front desk said that they do that as a hold. I have a total of 5 holds some were made 2 times a day. Terrible experience.

The property is under construction. Which I was not informed about. The 4 rooms smelled of mildew and mold. The room sizes were perfect for the kids but we unfortunately all have been sneezing and have sore throats now. I wish i would have been aware of the water damage before I paid $1200
