They have roaches they know they have roaches and they still let people check in the service was very poor. They did not accommodate for the roaches. There were still people checking in. They never cared. They knew about the issue. They moved to another room. There was also roaches in that room. I had somebody else staying there. There was also roaches in that room just overall it was a horrible experience terrible service.

The staff were amazing. The room was great. It’s a but noisy there due to remodeling but overall everything was good for us.

I stayed for a week and everyone was very nice even though there was construction going on in the hotel no noise and it was a always clean

the staff was excellent they even let us check in a couple hours early which was amazing as we flew in from porlland oregon at 6:28 am. bed was super comfortable slept great. only problem bathroom floor alittle dirty atains on sheets and floor by couch

I really liked the young lady at the front desk. She was very attentive and professional. She was very knowledgeable also.

Horrible experience

Room itself ok, but only 2 pillows provided and had to ask for more. Also, staff (one person total in evening and one person total in morning) was not forthcoming with normal information, don't think that they were actually interested in their customers. Breakfast consisted of warmed-up coffee left on burner too long and instant oatmeal packets with almost hot water. Had to eat in room or on one of the 2 chairs or the couch in the "lobby" at checkout. Will never go there again. Wyndham had three strikes at three locations this trip, am staying away from that chain.

Tough place!!! Several monthly clients throughout complex. Really noisy at night.

I have stayed here a few times and recently was last time we were in a room with bed bugs and roaches . I never saw this issue before and I didn’t even know what it was until I took my 5 year old to the doctor they said it is bed bugs . I showed the staff before we checked out but I thought maybe it could be spider or mosquito bites . She has bites all over I would have left sooner if I knew what was before doctor visit ! Will not return or recommend to anyone ! Spent entire day sanitizing and washing everything

Although online it says free breakfast, there was no breakfast available. When it sent a text message asking if we had any questions, I responded asking about breakfast because I saw no area for a breakfast, I received no response. There was not a single trashcan in the room.

It was dirty there was old dog poop in room inside the Fold out couch there were druggies all around the staff was not nice at all. The breakfast was nutrigrain bars and coffee with powder plain creamer and pkgs of sugar. Breakfast was to be from 7 to 9 we got down there at 730 and nothing but old coffee poured everywhere like hungry rats came and took it all in like 5 minutes. On sat they didnt even have anythi g out at all till after 8 ...we just ate out the whe time the one time we found anything it was 1 nutrigrain bar they probably got from the dollar store! We wer told pastries and oatmeal would be provided. Granted the stay was half the price of everywhere else but the facility is filthy and the staff is not polite at all they do nit make you feel welcomed. I will not return nor recommend this place for anyone!

Very nice stay. Good value for the price. Loved the full kitchen but should be noted that dishes and pots were not included.

The property was a very good value and exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would have been helpful to know that the kitchen does not have dishes or pans but it was not an issue for me on this trip. The breakfast was grab and go so just pastry and fruit bar or instant oatmeal, I don't recall that being noted when I booked the room but again not an issue for me.

We needed a place to stay close to home since we had no water in our home due to home repairs. The room was spacious, had a full kitchen, mini dining area. But the sofa was outdated and not comfortable. The bed was even worse, not comfortable which means I got no sleep. But the saying is you get what you pay for. It was a temporary fix and it worked for what we needed.

Hotel has a musty smell. Front desk was not competent.

If is a short trip and looking for a quick space for stay this is a very good option . But if u are coming for a week they have better options out there

The place was under remodel, No breakfast, construction going on. Hard to communicate with the staff.

The hotel was very dirty and stunk. Exterior door by the pool was broken and wouldn’t close. Got to the room and stains of blood and urine on the bed. Pulled out the couch bed to find stains and no bedding but stains on the mattress. I went down and notified the front desk. No notes were taken. Trying to give them a chance I gave them a chance to make it right but they did not. I went to Walmart and bought bedding to cover the bed with as I just travelled 14 hours for a funeral I needed rest. Next day talk to front desk again. I was promised a clean room when I returned. The room was not clear. It was very gross still. I went down and the front desk came up and said yes I see it and it’s very gross. He brought me sheets to cover the bed with. I left him know at that time I would be packing my items up and leaving. Again no notes to the manager. Next morning I called front desk to speak to a manager. Was told he’s not in on more than on occasion. Weeks later they refuse to admit they are wrong or to call me back. RUN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS NASTY & THEY DONT CARE!

The absolute worst. Hotel under construction and I couldn’t sleep the entire time due to extremely noisy hotel guests. DO NOT stay here! Smelled so bad and was incredibly dirty. No transit or dining nearby either!
