Very helpful staff. A little run down. But very clean.

We had a weekend trip from Friday to Monday. The hotel was almost directly across from Harrah’s Casino, and a convenience store was also in walking distance. Housekeeping only comes upon request i’m assuming because they didn’t service our room. They did provide us with clean towels upon request and were friendly.

Staff helpful and informative about stay. Place clean anx beds comfortable. Shuttle to casino quick and easy.

Carpet was nasty and the beds were very uncomfortable. Also had a musty smell. Air condition Wasn’t great either

It looks like an older hotel in the hallways and when you step inside the room it didn’t look as nice as the photos but we had no complaints. It says it’s soundproofed but I could hear someone’s water as they were in the restroom and steps when someone was walking as if it the person was walking across our floor when it wasn’t but I only heard it once. Our room is very clean, it has little extras like adjustable lights above the bed for reading, an adjustable mirror on the wall for ladies when styling their hair, the refrigerator is inside a cabinet for aesthetics, there’s even a throw pillow on the chair. We had a hiccup with our TV, after a few minutes of watching a “lost signal” would appear, my husband made a phone call to the front desk and it was fixed right away, it was something as simple as re-setting the card and then the gentleman came to our room to make sure it didn’t require anything else. I forgot my makeup remover and face wash at home so imagine my surprise when there was 3 on the counter in the restroom when I was ready to wash my face. For those who want to be in the center of everything this hotel is not for you but for those who want quiet and away from everything then this hotel is perfect, it’s away from everything but only a short car ride down the road to everything you could possibly need. For those who like, the casino is directly across the highway. We are pleased with our stay and will definitely be back when in the area.

Very nice property for a quick stop on a motorcycle ride. Weekday price for a very nice king bed room was perfect. Quiet and clean. Breakfast not much to brag about. Fridges in room were very helpful

My Stay was very Clean atmosphere Staff very Professional and Smiles! The Hotel Grand Cheokee Hotel Asheville is #1 cause that hotel room I had Fun in the Sun! Breakfast I loved! THE bedrooms are nice bathroom ckean and neat.The breakfast counter space so clean, breakfast food and drinks in order. All untensils and plates clean. The cable was minimal/outage, the water pressure in shower was horrible. To have a nice size shower and such a small shower head was puzzling. The carpet was stained as well. There was hair on the bathroom sink. Won’t stay there again!!!

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed stayed in. The bathroom was immaculate.

the clerk was nodding out like she was high,the toilet seat was too small for the bowl and had pubes on it. the linens were stained and didnt look fresh..a pillow had someones hair on it. i was charged 170 for a room that wasnt worth 80$..the fridge barely cooled. i stayed up until 7am& checked out bcuz i was not comfortable there. never again.

Quick overnight trip to the casino. Check- in was easy, room was clean, cold a/c. We would stay here again.

Rooms were DIRTY Carpet very OLD & DIRTY Staff RUDE

Located right across the street from the casino. Check in was fantastic, Miss let me check in early. When I returned from Food Lion, Miss was not seen for rest of stay. TOILET RAN ALL NIGHT. I complained to Mr. at front desk and was told it couldn’t be repaired until the next day when I was checking out. 1 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, I got what I paid for at $100 a night. Fix the toilet in room 202!

Perfect location, directly across the road from Harrah’s. It’s a walkable or they have free shuttle. Hotel is very clean, bed slept great. Didn’t try the breakfast, it didn’t look like much.

The hotel is an older hotel but is always in great condition. It is remodeled whenever the need arises. The staff is great, beds are comfortable, linens are fresh and there's hardly any outside noise.

First time at this hotel. Has great prices, tv options, quick check-in. It was very clean as well. Only complaint is the bed is a little hard but nothing you can't sleep through. There is also no breakfast other than coffee. Close to casino if you dont mind the walk. Definitely our go-to when visiting Cherokee.
