This hotel is perfectly situated across the street from the Cherokee Casino. There was a fridge in our room which was nice to pick up beverages from the gas station.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay at this hotel. The staff assigned our room and then didn't mark it so twice we had someone attempt to come in our room when they assigned the room to someone else. Our keys constantly didn't work since they were apparently assigning the room to others. When we tried to get new keys after coming home from the casino, we couldn't find a staff member and had to wait a very long time to have someone help us. Also, the room next to ours smelled terrible of smoke which was disgusting. This hotel was too expensive to hear the floor creeking all night from the room upstairs.

toilet didn’t work, air was loud, walls were thin, the carpet was wet by air conditioning unit, the soap and shampoo were awful.

The location was great. Just across the street from Harrah's.

The room appeared to be slightly clean. Carpet needed vacuuming, stain from cups still on desk top. Maybe time to get new mattresses.
