The location the balcony the river is beautiful felt safe the beds very comfortable and the room very clean will definitely stay again.

The coffee in lobby needs a better set up and more desirable coffee.

Room was clean and nice comfy bed although the mattress was a little soft. Had doors that open with a nice view of the river. Good location for exploring Cherokee.

We booked the “suite with a river view” which boasted its own private entrance and a balcony. It has neither. It’s entrance is simply the last door on the ground floor and is the same as every other room. It also appears to be the only room without a balcony. It had double doors which open onto the river and have a railing in front of them but does not have a separate balcony to sit on like the other rooms. We also couldn’t get the second door to open.

I don’t typically choose to stay at a motel but based on reviews we decided to give it a try. Trip Advisor didn’t steer us wrong. The hotel is very clean and comfortable! Even the beds were fantastic compared, very comfortable! The balcony’s are so relaxing and peaceful! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on our back porch rocking chairs and enjoyed the water. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as well! It is located in a great spot and within walking distance to several restaurants and activities. We have already booked a return trip in the coming months!
