Everything was clean and Rebecca and Crystal are very helpful and made everything easy. The bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the room.

I don't understand why there wasn't a closet or rack to hang anything on.

The room temperature was not pleasant. We couldn't change anything about the unit. Didn't turn on, off or up or down. Very restless night. Hot one minute throw off the covers, cold and had to cover up. This was repeated all night long. Can't rest like that.

We asked for queens and there was only 1 bed and it was a full/double definitely not a queen and definitely not 2 beds.

The staff was exceptional - very helpful to us, they worked very hard to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms. Good breakfast, easy in/out, close to a beautiful park along the river in Cherokee, everything was great.

the bed and pillows were very comfortable room was clean, could of done with a better coffee pot, bathroom was clean. breakfast was hot and plentiful, kitchen lady was very accommodating and friendly reception staff very nice and respectful.

unclear about the fee for the dog, pool was not heated nor clean, as advertised on the website, too noisy motorcycles right outside our room Erving up at night and early morning wasn’t acceptable gym was laughable only a treadmill and bike for the name of the hotel l expected it to be outstanding.

our first room smelled like smoke, the ladies at front moved us, we were not aware this is a pet friendly location.
