We were not told in advance that there would be no housekeeping on Sunday, and Monday was holiday Also the room only had decaf coffee Pool and hot tub area very nice

The design of the hotel to get to the room we're a little odd plus parking was kind of tight needed more space and potholes in the parking lot filled in

This property was clean and welcoming. I’m definitely a fan.

Overall we liked it here & would stay here again. The suite gave us extra room and had a nice sized kitchen (small fridge, counters, sink, dishwasher & dishes). The room was overall clean but the tub had a stain (so almost to give the appearance of it being dirty). Part of the hallway did have a musky smell but oddly seemed just like one section. Good breakfast, but do wish they’d have some diversity on different days so if you’re there multiple nights you aren’t always eating the same thing. Friendly staff, easy check-in, convenient parking so we were able to unload our cars close to the room, and loved the free laundry! Pool and hot tub were nice and appeared clean.

Great breakfast buffet. We liked having a full size fridge. Quiet room as my husband was recovering from surgery.

Only issue we had was not knowing about the light touch service not running on the weekends. If we had known we would not have skipped Thursday or Friday. Needs to be better communicated.

Great room. Ongoing bathroom fan? was noisy but we could shut the door at night. Great breakfast, but they did have a problem having plates, bowls, and silverware available for use.

Staybridge Suites is a wonderful option for a stay in Denver. Loved the cookies at check-in! :) The staff was courteous, the rooms & facilities were very clean, and it was a good location.

It was convenient for us. Target store was near.

We come to Denver often but will NEVER stay at this hotel again. First thing is at arrival you can’t even pull thru your car, it’s a dead end parking lot so you have to reverse. The hotel is old & cramped. The hallways stunk like dirty diapers & the carpets we’re filthy. Luckily the room was clean but in 5 days nobody serviced our room. We had to go get towels & trash bags. The last 2 days we couldn’t get any towels & we talked to them 4 times. We had to resort to using the pool towels. There was no ice machines on the property but they said each fridge made ice. Well in 5 days it made one bag. We like to take our cooler each day and therefore we had to buy ice each day. Huge pain. The pool was outside & the hot tub was malfunctioning and grinding. The pool has no lights and when we asked she said they were on a timer that goes off before the pool closes. Lie. We were there before it was dark & they were never on. The fire pit didn’t work. The breakfast was pretty much the same each day. Eggs, sausage, potatoes or biscuits in gravy. The hotel was outdated & the dishwasher didn’t work. There was very few glasses and plates. Not the same number of each. About 3 of each. Out our window was a homeless van with people in it. A guy that would park his truck in the hotel sideways at night and had his motorcycle parked there too with caution tape around it. At night you could see the rats scurry around to the garbages. Hair dryer didn’t work. Asked for a new 1 and 1/2 it came.

The check in staff was great. She was super friendly. I was unimpressed with the breakfast staff. They rarely smiled, would stand around in the way and the table were never wiped cleaned. My room was in need of maintenance. There were tiles Coming off the bathroom wall, the trim in the bathroom was water damaged and rather than replace it was poorly painted over. The room had trash behind the dresser and each day when the trim was ‘cleaned, I think the only thing she did was make the bed. The trash was never touched.

Great stay

Room was excellent! Spacious and comfortable. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed with the most comfortable pillows. I slept very well. The shower however did not hold all the water in all the water went onto the floor outside of the shower because the shower curtain did not work well. To hold in the water from the shower while I was showering Also had to wait a very long time to get hot water from the bathroom sink it would have been nice to have extra coffee for the next day instead of having to ask for it. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. I absolutely love the pool as well. Very reasonable for all the amenities. Breakfast was great also

Parking lot is a little narrow. By the way, I left the hotel earlier than 6:00. So, I wanted to take out some foods (bread or banana). But, they were not available at that time. If it is available, review is going to be 5 stars.

Great stay! People friendly, comfortable, just what we needed. Pool smaller then picture and not ramp to wheel luggage in but we just carried after that.

Nice pool and breakfast Housekeeping was not very good abd it was difficult to get clean towels.

Very clean nice spacious rooms . Nice pool ! Centrally located to alot of restaurants and things to do.

Service was good and the room was clean.

Road noise for rooms located on front of building. Not walkable area to restaurants or shops. Breakfast provided was excellent all days but Saturday due to not enough staff working.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!
