Breakfast was good and location was perfect for us going to Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. Lots of restaurants in the area and free parking.

Clean, friendly and great location

Mildew smell everywhere, the ceiling vent leaked and there was water all over the floor, the AC barely worked, the pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows. Terrible. Staff was great, room was abysmal

The room was ok little small but was ok they gave us a small roller bed which helped us out breakfast was decent

The hotel had a weird smell, pool was dirty my kids were sad they didn't get swim ice machines were broken you had go down to lobby to get ice from staff laundry room was outta order

Very quiet and clean. It is in a great location.

In July, it was hotter than fire outside. I did not like the swamp cooler. It was humid in the room, not cool enough. Swamp coolers don't work well when it is cloudy/stormy in Colorado (had one). We lived in Colo for 35 years. We switched to AC. We met up with another traveler who commented about how it was not cool in his room either. Also, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor (our room was 213). I love my ice water. Again, July. We had to have someone in the lobby unlock the pantry to get ice.

The staff was really wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast isn't the best. Also the hot tub was out of order.
