The property advertised breakfast included but beware, they don't serve breakfast at this property.

The only thing I liked about our stay was the location and convenience to local restaurants and activities.

Safety: Communication between housekeeping and front desk so keys aren't given to rooms that people are still in. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room someone was still in, on our last night someone was given our room key. When we went to front desk about this, they didn't even have us checked in! Hotel: Monitor Types of folks allowed to stay that do not warrant police presence constantly. Guests: Use the locks when in room and do not leave valuables in room! Cleanliness: Lobby was always dirty and in disarray. Towels in room were yellow stained with black marks all over them. Throw away these towels instead of "washing" them and giving them back to guests. Comfort: Even though it said breakfast was included in price, I was told upon check in that they no longer did breakfast only a coffee stay which, from the looks of it, I did not trust drinking from. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Other guests were making loud noises at 3am in the morning. No matter what we put the thermostat on the room was hot. Thank goodness we could open a window! On our last day, as we were leaving, police were coming up the stairwell. I wanted out. I would have left the 1st day if not for my money being non-refundable. I did not feel safe even though the area around the hotel is fine.

The hotel was close to ikea.

We arrived for check in after driving 5 hours. There were people loitering around the outside of the property warning us our car would get stolen. After checking in we hauled our luggage upstairs to our room that had dirty bed linens, used floss on the bathroom counter and dirty towels on the floor. We had to carry all of our items back to the front desk and received a new room where there was pot smoke all over the hallway and we could hardly breathe. I slept with a chair in front of the door fearing my safety.

Joy and Jay are truly wonderful people. They were beyond helpful, accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with the stay, the room and our service animal. I can not praise the two of them enough! Very thankful and happy to have found MainStay. Great hotel and staff.

Internet was compromised. Though conditions do to remodeling.

We really like this kind of suites hotel which offers kitchen and cooking utilities so we can make dinners ourselves.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. And we found a great authentic Chinese restaurant nearby.

Newly remodeled rooms, very nice

The parking lot was bad, repairs were being done to pave drainage away from the roof, not yet completed... Very rough road to drive on. Had to call on barking dogs on two different occasions. Two different rooms. One next door, the other down the hall

Lacey at the front desk could have a better attitude.

The check in lady was nice.

The check in Looked like it was in the process of renovation. The building side entrance wasn't even locking. The bedding had stains and a dried up bug on it. Neighbors talking so loud next door you could hear the whole conversation.

The room was very nice except the bathtub shower it was definitely the original. But for the most part this was a nice place to stay.

CONS are they are renovating so the place is kinda a mess. The parking lot has tons of potholes.
