Great stay for a very low price. Quality service and the rooms are nice as well. Would recommend and would stay again, No smoking policy but that's okay.

I don't expect much for a budget hotel but a door handle falling off, and shower head that doesnt flow and making a reoort to the front desk of potential domestic abuse throught the night and their response was "sorry" and shrugged it off. Well that tells you how important customer service is to them.

Room had a broken window. Heater blowing cool air. Lights and receptacles next to the bed not working. Shower had a big patched hole and was filthy.

Just stopped in to nap while driving cross country. Staff was very nice, no complaints there. There didnt seem to be much in the way of breakfast at all the morning I was there, so that was unfortunate. There was a good ihop next door. Tv didn't work, said it was hooked up to camcorder, sketch, but surely not sketchy as that sounds, not really the criminal minds type place by any means. They also make you pay a $50 deposit on top of your room. Can't stand when hotels do that, you never know when or if you'll get the deposit back. It's no great wolf lodge, but the bed was comphy, I slept like a rock, and the shower worked.

where to begin? the lobby and hallway stank of stale cigarettes. the room stank of mold. There was a hole in the ceiling where the fire detector should be, a hole in the shower wall, suspicious fuzzy mold looking spots on the bathroom wall.
Staff was lovely and apologetic. They offered to move us but it was late, my son was already asleep and would it be any better?
Breakfast was non existent. At least there is an IHOP next door.

Room was ok, bottom of tub was in poor shape, bed was good. Advertized free super breakfast. Bkfst consisted of coffee, juices,waffles period. No milk or anything else. I booked room expecting a bit more.

If you just need a decent bed for a decent price for the night this will do it! Pretty quiet next to the interstate too! Waffles and coffee for breakfast.

The shower had a round hole about waist level to the left of below the shower. It was dark and I looked in with my cell phone flash light, but could not see anything. It would have been a perfect place for a hidden camera.
The breakfast was not as good as before. The staff said it was because of changes to the city's health regulations putting more restrictions. They still had the make your own waffles, but could not offer milk and some other normal breakfast items.

The property has cigarettes smell all over the place and it's noisy during the night as well due to parked trucks adjacent to the hotel.

Skylar at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful getting. Is settled after a long day of travel. Not a fancy place but it worked perfectly for our overnight stay.

The quality of this hotel chain has significantly declined! The hotel is old, the bathroom is outdated, the toilet is loose, and the bathtub is filthy. They claim to offer breakfast, but only provide waffles and coffee. There is no bread, jam, or yogurt.

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. One of our rooms was fine, the only issue was the remote control didn’t work for the television. The other room: the remote didn’t work, the refrigerator was missing, and the bathroom was literally covered in mold. The rest of the room looked newly renovated and very clean and nice. Very comfortable beds, good WiFi, plenty of outlets for chargers. Only the bathroom issue- if we had been staying for more than one night it would have been a major issue.

The property was situated next to convenience store and small IHOP. Dining options were relatively close. Upon entering hotel lobby we were met with overwhelming smelling of cigarettes. Night staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways had the mixed smell of cigarettes and weed. Our room had the sink situated next to the door and the smells permeated the area. Bathroom tub had holes in the wall and was overall dirty. Pillows were not comfortable. Sheets and bedding appeared to be clean. Morning staff was also friendly and helpful.

Good for the money and handy for Memphis. But it’s next to an interstate and truck stop. Also orang feel that safe outside at night, It was ok for what I wanted for two nights.

The motel room was in a bad state of repair. Window couldn't be shut and secured. Only had one curtain. Breakfast was ONLY waffles and coffee. There was nothing else. I was allowed to cancel my following nights stays.

The room had such a bad odor (stale cigarette ???). The rooms were marked "no smoking," but due to insufficient cleaning/ventilation, the odor was about unbearable. When I went to put on my night clothes on the next night at a different stop, they still stunk so badly I couldn't bear to wear them. I was told there was a new owner that was redoing the rooms, but the place to start would be a thorough deep cleaning of each room and the carpets, etc. There were flies in the room and fruit flies as well. I asked for a fly swatter but they didn't have one, apparently. My room backed up to the truck stop, so I had the noise of semis coming and going and running their APUs. This hotel needs major cleaning and updating. There was no coffee in the morning because there were no coffee filters... I cannot recommend anyone stay at this facility.

There were two men that seemed to appear every time I came out of my room. I confronted one about it and I never saw him again. The clerk literally said my room number loudly after I asked her not to say my room number out loud because the man that kept showing up was just sitting in the lobby when I first arrived. She stated he was a regular. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. A lot of people that stay here are very sketchy.

TERRIBLE! Ive never had a bad experience with a Super 8 hotel, until I stayed at this one. Several outlets didnt work. Very little water pressure in the shower. The front desk stated they are in the process of renovation. The only advantage was it is just off of I 40. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Initially placed in a room with no heat, window open, no blinds, and light fixtures taken off the wall. Placed into a new room with smoke detector take down, "but there's one in the hallway." Entire smoke-free hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. "Complimentary breakfast" was a granola bar and coffee.
