Hotel was lovely and centrally located. Staff were very helpful & courteous.

The place was nice, accommodating, nice staff, they were very patient with other people making it difficult. Breakfast bar was great. Just unfortunate the street noise seeped through. Seems like there is no sound damping what so ever, even being on the side opposite the main streets i was hearing everything throughout the night. Especially motor bikes, from 1-3am. I expected some noise, but i also expected since they are located near a busier area they would have some sound mitigation.

No nice hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. Location is ok if you like to walk as it's 30mins from centre. Longer walk to the beach. You can take a bus which stops outside hotel. Only issue was the cooked breakfast which was cold. Other than that it's a good hotel.

We are satisfied with our stay. Good location near city center .

Room was very clean and the property was quiet, we haven't heard any other guests form next rooms. Staff was very friendly, it's very convenient that you can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty but they can offer wider choice of hams and cheese.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

Not what I expect for the money.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.

Really friendly staff and clean facility. The room was a bit noisy during the day since the hotel is located next to a fairly busy avenue. Breakfast was varied and had good quality food. I’d stay there again.

All of the front counter staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Easily accessible location by car, and about 35 minute walk to the Central Market through the very vibrant Russafa neighbourhood.

Great friendly staff. Taxi from airport thru hotel 20euro. Laundry facilities only 5 minutes away. Great location if you don't mind a walk about 30mins into town. But there is a bus. Hotel was spacious and comfortable.

Very nice and modern hotel. The lobby is a charm, and the staff very helpfull. Just a little detail; In the lobby was water with lemon available for free. Those things make a difference on a hot day. The room was nice and modern in the same style. The beds are absolutely perfect, one of the best I've had in a hotel. The bathroom is fine, just the shower could have been a tad bigger. Only disadvantage is the the hotel is not in the city center so you have to walk a lot. Or take a taxi or use cabify. 9/10 points.

A very good stay overall. Location, a bit outside the real city center but still walkable. About 20-25 min walk to reach the old town. Service very good and a nice lobby.

The reception desk is overlooked because it seems that its parr of the bar section. It would be best to have clerk welcome customers and ask if they are checking-in.

Rooms towards the main street too noisy, the majority of people working there very kind, certain others had chosen the wrong job. Rent the bike service did not give to us the helmet for my son that is compulsory. Unfortunately we met a local policeman that give to us the fine. For breakfast no busket on the table for garbage...

Great boutique hotel, very friendly staff and clean amenities. Food for breakfast and dinner was superb. A nice touch would be to have a kettle in the room.

Great place to stay for families with small kids. There is a small playroom. The food at the hotel restaurant is also great. We were able to find free street parking just outside the hotel.
