Hotel was in excellent condition. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and one less thing I had to worry about on my vacation. Would definitely stay here in the future. Sadly, the pool was already closed for the season.

The hotel was nice! Loved the special touch of the dove products supplied for your convience. Free breakfast, free parking was a plus. Wished the breakfast offered more variety such as cream of wheat, turkey/ pork bacon, grapes, or fruit cups, and waffles. Easy access to the beach (one block across the street) but not to the boardwalk. Therefore, keep that in mind the boardwalk ends at 28th street as the hotel is on 127th. No outdoor showers to wash sand off nor bathrooms at the entrance of the beach. Disappointing as you have to travel back to the hotel with sand all over the place or to use bathroom. Keep that in mind. However, the hotel does have a area you can rinse off by the outside pool. Also, there needs to be a better walkway/ramp for those with beach wagons trying to access the beach once the sidewalk runs out. More perks of the hotel: A chipotle is right in the same lot. A bonus is North point park directly behind the hotel for kids to play or run around. Fireworks showing on Sunday evenings. Can watch from the room or walk right on over. Far as staff I want to give a shouout to “Jamie” who was awesome. She was very welcoming and always had a smile on her face. Resourceful, and shows a passion for her job. Overall, Jamie was Bubbly and made sure we felt at home. Other staff member who I will not name was very rude and unprofessional. Family and I felt targeted, singled out, and uncomfortable. Beware!!!! Markers for discrimination.

It was clean; however, we did come across a couple of small bugs.

Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Very walkable to the beach, literally across the street. (Just note that it is only walkable to the beach, not the boardwalk). The hot breakfast was good. The pools were fun! I was happy about the Dove products in the bathroom. Only complaints are that the room was not very spacious, and that the housekeeping could try a little harder. We returned to our room after a day at the beach, and our trash had not been taken out, bed was not made, and towels were not replaced. We had to go to the desk for more towels. But I’m sure that was just a mistake, and as I mentioned before overall, we were pretty happy with our stay.

Staff were friendly, super clean, quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower head water pressure was very good. Everything was walking distance and the beach was super close to. The food around the area is walking distance and very good.Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to this hotel.

Overall is excellent

Overall it was pretty good, just steps from the beach, very good breakfast selection and great service. We only wish the hotel had a faucet or shower outside in the front so we could take the sand off our feet, before entering, we saw many people come in dragging sand around the entrance, we had to go around to the pool to rinse off by the shower area, but many didn’t know there was a shower there. Location was good, close to stores and restaurants but not close at all to the boardwalk. We drove there. It was a pleasant stay.

Accomodating and friendly staff, ample parking, plentiful breakfast, multiple restaurants near the hotel and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Nice place and very close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here for the first time with our two grandkids. The front desk people were very pleasant the entire stay and the room were clean and comfortable. The complimary breakfast was an added bonus and very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again next year.

Hotel was clean, parking was good, convenient walk to beach, food, shopping. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and tempreture was good.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were welcoming. My family enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfasts and the use of both pools. All our needs were met.

Walkable to shops and beach.

Everything was excellent, room were clean and the veiw was wonderful. The beds wasn't too comfortable though but that could've been because I missed my own bed

Holiday Inn Express was one of the best hotels we stayed over the past. We spent a quality time and received the best services from the front desk, brkfst crew and cleaners.

It was a wonderful hotel. Staff was freindly and our cleaning lady, Debbie, was amazing. Debbie was so friendly and attentive and was honestly the best part of the hotel. This was a great location that was very close to the beach. Stay you will love it!

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Only bad experience was our first room had sand on the floor and in the bed. I told them at the front desk and they apologized and gave us a new room.

Friendly front desk staff! Was able to use the pool before our room was ready due to earlier arrival then expected! Room was spacious and very comfortable bedding and bed! Close to allot of nice restaurant specially the one next door,was nice to walk to after a long day out! Nice park behind the hotel also!!!

Overall it was good. The bed was hard as rock though and the tub had old jets on it that had rusted, were beyond gross and didn't work anyways. I did not feel comfortable giving my son a bath in it. Other than that it was very clean and good for the money
