Place was disgusting! 3 night my key quit working and had to sleep in parking lot because there is no one there to help you and next morning they would refund my money for that night . Never stay here !

Pool wasn’t working so that was disappointing. Only reason I paid for a hotel. Next time I will ask ahead of time.

Asking for $100. Security deposit with all the noise and filth around the property is a joke. The look of the place encourages criminal activity! No phone to call the front desk and light switches that need to be wobbled to turn on isn’t good. Not a glass or cup in sight. No ice

This place is by fare the absolute worst place i have ever seen. There is almost no staff on site. The office is closed most of the day. In order to speak with someone in the office you have to either wait or try to text someone to check in

The exterior surrounding could use some work ,the sidewalks and pavement could use some scrubbing, pressure Cleaning etc

The hotel was not up to standards. It was more like a place for homeless people's i didn't feel to safe

Inside the rooms are very nice .But if i was someone just passing by and wanted a room suddenly, looking at the building solely passing i might just drive by and not stop .

Check in was easy and quick. Ken, at the reception, was awesome! Friendly and professional. Property location was not the best. Room although clean, smell heavily of smoking.

The building was under construction which I was unaware of until I arrived. The photos in the hotels.com itinerary were nothing like what I saw. I understood from the staff that they were photos from other Stayable hotels. False advertising like that will generate bad reviews. Something needs to be done about this. I ended up not staying at the location and forfeited my costs.

The property had roaches, the staff seemed to consist of 1 person.

Room was in really bad conditions. Room #221 was full of German roaches . Please contact me please

And the hotel look nothing like the online photos. The bed was on a metal frame and the beds didn't have comforters like most hotels and Extended Stays. Toilet water had to be turned on in order to flush the toilet and had to be turned off in between uses if you didn't want it to run all night. There was water leaking from the ceiling onto one of the beds. The room had a musty odor. Had to go and buy room deodorizer and Lysol spray. They put me on the backside of the hotel where it looks like people were actually living in the hotel rooms and not coming in is just regular Hotel guests they were outside sitting on the floor smoking. There was roaches in the room.

That was roaches all over the room And the floor was wet everyday , pool was closed all day , no iron . Really really messy . SMH , the worst I’ve ever had

I didn’t bother to arrive the property,,, How can be possible that in two different days I tried to contact Front Desk (on regular business hours)? And no answer from them. The hotel did made all charges on arrival day AM, which I don’t mind. What did pissed me off is to be charged in advance for the security deposit… without having arrived to the property. Finally, somebody called me at 11pm to hurry up for arrival… I did not show off. Probably I will lose the total charges… so consider that a donation on my behalf to sustain your operation. Deposit must be returned to my account.

The hotel is very outdated. I was told a few college students lived there, but it was more than college students. We woke up numerous times to people screaming at night or just walking around by the room.

Nice to be comfortable for a bit.

It was okay for what it was but the pictures did not look like what they have posted. They expected one floor lamp to light up the whole room.

Where do I start….the lady at check-in, Kate, was very nice and she said that she had upgraded me for the 2 nights that I was staying there. The room did not seem like an upgrade: it did have a microwave and 3/4 size refrigerator, but the front door would not lock upon exit from the room (they did come out the next day to resolve), but the TV never worked and I asked them to change batteries in the remote. They did, but the TV never was able to turn on - I’m surprised that they didn’t check it before they left. The hotel property is, I believe, a Section 8 property as there were a constant mix of people milling about the parking lot at all hours and a lot of grubby, noisy kids roaming the passageways constantly. Very noisy. Also, a lot of homeless folks are camped out directly in front of the property at an abandoned car wash. They sleep in the bays. No front desk personnel after I checked in - a note on the door said the front lobby doors are inop, but still no sign of anyone even as the sign says to go around the corner to the security window. The beds have mattresses that are shot in my “upgraded” room and not even a plastic cup! No chair at all, just two queen beds. Upgrade must be a relative term. Noisy people staying there - my second night I was awakened by loud, drunk or stoned, people making a ton of noise with no regard for others. I will never in my worst moment ever stay at this property again! I would rather sleep in my car.

Very nice room. Absolutely no complaints there. The only issue is the amount of cigarette butts outside our room. I know that this is an ongoing problem but it should be taken care of on a daily basis. We have been here for 4 days now and no one has cleaned the parking lot or the cigarette butts. I give 5 stars everywhere except the lot.

New management is working hard.

No tissue once you booked in they treat you like a resident that been there for years you get no more tissue you pay for extra sheets and towels and wash clothes

Good luck finding anyone at front desk doors usually locked no hours posted. Roach infestation. Electric would go off whenever we would use the microwave. Is a cheap place to stay but don’t expect Anything extra at all! It’s not a regular hotel!!!!!!!!

Very dirty and not worth any penny spent. Roaches and termites all over, my feet were black after walking on the floors, dirty towels, broken appliance and fixtures. Mold and water damage. Parking lot destroyed and full of potholes. Staff was never at desk and never answered calls. Fridge was not working so all our food went bad. We had to leave early for a family death and the reservation desk refused to refund me. Worst place ever.

As soon as I arrived to the area and mind u it was day time, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I finally went to the room to sleep I had to leave because there was bugs on the bed and floor.

This was my first time in Tampa, I flew from Washington State for almost 7 hrs. After getting in I had to do a bunch of things including getting my rental etc. So I was TIRED, I saw that they had early check in options available and I wanted to take advantage of that since it was 7 something in the morning and my check in according to them will be 4pm. When I went to the property first thing I noticed that this place was really RUN DOWN. Looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOs. It was a mess, garbage everywhere, people outside smoking, it was so scary. A bunch of guys there shirtless just hanging around smoking at their doors. I then went to find the front office, which was locked and look like it had been out of service. It was a horrible mess inside. I went back to my car and sat until 12 midday, went back to the reception desk DOORS STILL CLOSED. No worker on property AT ALL. There was a number to call, I CALLED AND CALLED AND CALLED. No one picked up. At this point I was exhausted and drained, I asked someone about the front desk and his response was they don’t come here on weekends. I’m like what?! Anyways I called HOTELS.com and told them my issue they tried calling the property and to know avail. Sent emails and no response. It was a MESS. That place is so run down by my experience I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A SOUL. They are unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I paid for 4 nights didn’t stay there didn’t check-in and they refuse to give me ANYTHING.

After viewing some reviews about the property I was a bit apprehensive about staying there. But upon arrival and checking in, my room was clean and bug free. Not even a fly or ant anywhere. The office area was under construction as well as some areas on the property. The only negative I have is the musty odor coming from the A/C unit in the room. The maintenance crew were helpful and friendly. Helped me out with the tv remote which turned out not to be the correct one for that tv.

Front desk is never staffed. Room was not very clean and stunk like marijuana. Very sketchy place.
