Excellent location just outside the old city with convenient car access and a city parking garage across the street. Hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast buffet. We stayed in a two-level spa suite which was spacious and apartment like. Very good experience/

Really nice and unique hotel. Very cozy and my room had a lot of space. Very private, but just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Strasbourg.

The staff was wonderful! Very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable of the local area to give us tips. The room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. It is within walking distance to whatever you want to see or do in Strasbourg. The auto park house is literally across the street! Awesome!

A very comfortable and modern hotel with lovely, friendly and attentive staff. Very conveniently located to all the old town area. All the important historical sights within easy walking distance. Lots of beautiful restaurants and bakeries. Close to public transport (tram at the end of the street). Wifi can be difficult and is unsecured.

Location was perfect to see the city and the parking garage was nearby which was a great help to us. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Lovely Hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Great room with new bathroom and very comfortable beds. Close to all the activity in Strasbourg and surrounded by restaurants.

The hotel was very charming and the staff was exceptional. We had a great time and would stay again. We had two rooms for our family of 5. Great dining and bakeries all around. Outstanding.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The cathedral could be seen from my hotel window. Several Michelin-starred restaurants within an easy walk. The staff was very kind and helpful; breakfast was quite ample; and the room was cozy but of good size, and not air-conditioned. It’s obviously a very old building, but it’s in great condition. I’d stay here again, outside of summer.

Very cute hotel. We stayed in one of the two-story lofts and it was lovely with a wonderful view of the cathedral. Warning that there are quite a few unavoidable stairs if you stay in the lofts so try to avoid bringing heavy suitcases. My kids found the sofa bed uncomfortable, but no more uncomfortable than any sofa bed. The location is great, it was nice to have a jet tub after a long day of walking, and the hotel’s honour bar was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

The room was spacious enough, the amenities( soap and body cream) also pretty and nice. The ambiance of the hotel was really amasing.

Positive: Great location. The hotel itself is old but well maintained. It does represent the culture of the area. Although not hotel onsite, covered parking right across from the property. Neutral: Given old nature of the building this is hotel can be a bit of hazle transporting luggage or for handicap individuals. The sofa bed was not ready upon arrival however was prepared for us later.

Great location, good breakfast (but not included with the room) large room. Lousy (hard foam) pillows, no refills on instant coffee packets, paper cups for water and coffee in the rooms.

Breakfast was subpar: no bread, empty bottles of water, orange n apple juice. Tables not cleaned. All in all not 4star type hotel.

Ideal central location, car park directly opposite the hotel and felt very secure. Lovely hotel and very friendly staff.

Fabulous location, easy reach of parking, room was fun, but children's bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was dated with mould in the sealant (not what I would have expected from a 4* hotel). Breakfast was good and staff were helpful

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. We stayed for only 1 night as part of a European road trip but wish we’d been able to stay longer. Highly recommend

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town of Strasbourg. It could not be a better location! Very beautiful old hotel, well-maintained. My main issue was that we are in our 60’s and 70’s and we were given a room on the fourth floor with all the low beams. My husband is 6’4” and had to walk bent over the entire time we were there so he didn’t bump his head. Our room had a lovely sitting area on the first floor and the bedroom was up a steep staircase in a loft. We had to come down the stairs at night to use the restroom, which was a bit of an ordeal. I suggest they move the sitting area up and bring the bedroom downstairs and it would be way better and more comfortable, especially for older people. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very nice. AC was wonder to have, because it was hot the days we were there. Breakfast was very good. Service was great! They carried our bags up to our room for us, because although there is an elevator it only goes up to the third floor, and the old place is like a maze to find your way though. If you are up for an adventure, this place is great. It really is quite lovely.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the city.

This was a very quaint and delightful hotel in the heart of the old city, very conveniently located. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help a couple of Americans. We will def be back here!!
