Restroom was duty. It was pee and toilet paper in the toilet. Bathtub appears duty or old. Not enough towels. No housekeeping.

Disgusting. This property is so dirty! Public areas and especially my guest room, were filthy. The hard surface floors in my room were greasy and dirty, the carpet was stained in multiple places. The bathroom was scary, to put it mildly. Faucets covered in soap scum and mildew, showerhead so broken that more water squirted out of the side of the broken pipe than hit my body, the shower curtain bar was broken and sagging, the drain pipe so clogged that I had water up to my ankles during my shower. The desk chair was absolutely disgusting - plastic backing covered in a layer of greasy dust and the seat was covered in all types of bodily fluid stains it looked like a science experiment. There was no blanket on the bed. No toilet paper. No microwave. Most bizarre was the hotel management choice to proceed with replacement of the door locks during my stay, as with all rooms, and needed to do it at 630 in the evening. Why???? Could locks not be replaced in between guests?? I would think that properties like this- extended stay types, would actually need more care and maintenance and cleaning that others, but this was the opposite at this property. It’s quite obvious that this property is not cared for and not cleaned properly, like ever. I would never ever stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.

Pretty good staff. Place was dirty, towels were still dirty. Old and outdated. People who were sleeping there were sketchy. Place had an evil vibe.

It looks to me the hotel is full of foul smell and homeless look tenants to me. It is horrible. Never will stay there again.

Dried food all over counters which was disgusting and the bathroom needed some serious cleaning

A lot of loud noises and footsteps from floor above though out the whole night.

Hallways were disgusting and room only slightly better. Upon entering room there was a bad odor and a white handtowel was on the floor propping the bathroom door open. The kichen stove fan blew greasy smelling air. The TV did not work. The shower head was too big for the small tub and spritzed water onto bathroom floor making a wet mess. The grab n go breakfast amounted to some prepackaged muffins. Hotel guests looked as rugged as the hotel. Motel 6 would have been superior to this property. Never again

No hot water

The hotel appears to be old however the room was nice; kitchenette, full size refrigerator. Air conditioning didn't work properly, a lot of dogs in the hotel and someone illegally parked in the handicap parking blue line area next to my car

It was a pleasant quick stay. Now i’m sure people stay here for much longer than I did, considering this is an “extended” stays location, so perhaps depending on time someone else might find it different. But for a one night stay, it was nice, comfy bed, nice ac. I will say though however the TV, as well as the wifi network/speed could use an upgrade. Other than that, for a quick stay, before a flight etc, it’s worth it.

First room had a leaking toilet. Floor was sticky/dirty in the second room. Bed was ok and it was quiet, but I would not choose again.

I was extremely disappointed with this Extended Stay. When we walked in to the room, it was freezing cold (AC set to 60) and it smelled clean. We quickly realized that it was far from clean. I saw some spots on the bathroom floor. I took a damp washcloth to it and I was really shocked at just how dirty it was. It has been a while since the floors were actually cleaned and not just vacuumed. The bathroom mirror was also dirty and the faucet. It was as if, they just ran through, swept, changed the towels and bedding, trash and left. They did not pay any attention to the actual cleanliness or care to. I did not sleep. One final thing...there was only one nightstand (very inconvenient with two people) and no coffee maker. There was a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee maker? I will be paying a little extra to stay elsewhere next time I'm in the area. Almost forgot...we had to leave our ID in order to use their luggage cart, Wow! Very disappointed!

Despite the other reviews I read, my experience was actually good. Great value for the price of the stay. All my appliances were new and clean. The bathtub even looked new. Jasmine at the front desk was so pleasant. It was very quiet during my 4 day stay and the other guests were pleasant as well. The beds were comfortable as well.

The room was very quiet, the bed and pillows super comfee and the Wi-Fi worked great. The complimentary breakfast is a joke so that’s my only complaint lol. This place is affordable and in a very nice area so no riff raft

Came in at 1145pm on the 17th of August..was givin a key for a room that was occupied by someone else..Went back to front desk and was givin another key that didnt work...At this point i didnt even think he worked at your hotel...We came all the way from the valley...to get this type of service from your hotel is beyond bad ...Rick Gonzales pls would like someone to call me ...

Very outdated, severely in need up renovations. They allow dogs…. We noticed a few pee puddles near the elevators. The bathroom shower was nasty, it was so gross- I felt unclean after showering but had no choice. Honestly, we expected a lot better being near the airport. Customer service was great though, fast and easy check-in & out.

This property was very close to where I needed to be on the days I stayed. Apart from that... There is a reason the rooms are so cheap. The greasy front doors of the lobby and broken elevator were a warning. The remains of scotch tape on the door of my room (422) made me wonder what was posted there. I opened the door to the strong smell of fish and maybe urine that I'd hoped would air out, it never did. The odor is extremely pervasive. The floor that is all bare, no carpet, was incredibly sticky and filthy. This room qualifies as a dilapidated dump. The photos of this place are what it USED to look like. The furniture is worn and beat up. The mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. The paint on the bathroom door is peeling. There are zero amenities apart from bar soap, unless you ask. I had to set my backpack on towels because all surfaces in this room had a layer of sticky filth on them. I used Clorox wipes on everything, and while cleaning the "kitchen" counter all the wipes came back brown. On the very small up side, the AC worked, there were no bedbugs, the toilet was clean-ish and the sheets were "clean", although there were still long and a few short hairs tangled in with the top sheet. Overall a horrible experience. Avoid.

Door are hard to Open. Keys are not working many attempts were made but still not working

Very happy with my three night stay. Well situated for my time in Irvine.

Nothing there to dislike I travels pretty often so this is my go to when I come in late.

Enjoyed the closeness to the places we wanted to see.

At 2:30am there was loud popping and bubbling noises from the bathroom. After 30 mins, went to check and there was soap bubbles coming up from the toilet and bathroom drain to fill the whole floor. Had to go to the front desk at 3am to get towels to cover the entire bathroom

Outdated and has a weird smell. Refrigerator had yellow stains on it. Graffiti and tagging thru out hotel. Only one elevator in service. No airplane sounds.

Very dirty. Hallway carpets full of large stains smelled like urine. Clumps of dog hair visible in vestibule. Oily floors in room. Paint chipping of walls. Is in major need of a cleaning job and new carpets in hallway. Either mngr never goes there or he just ignores these things.

We go in later and when we got to the room there was no coffee make for the morning or shampoo and conditioner. There was signs say if we wanted these item we needed to ask the fro t desk. Too tired to make another trip down stairs. No wall decor so it felt very unwelcoming. I guess I am used to better Accommodations.

The room was well equipped and I liked that they spoke to me on the phone asking if everything was okay.

There were a lot of bugs in my room and smell like pee , it was the worst experience

The price was right. I liked the kitchenette with the second sink. The first day the bathroom sink didn't drain. The did come and fix it. The toilet was a water saver ... too bad you had to flush it twice to get any TP to go down. Hallway smelled, but room wasn't bad.
