Everything on the property is beautiful! The only down thing is they can use new towels for the rooms. Enough hot water, good pressure . Restaurant with good food and reasonable prices! We will come back to this hotel for sure!

Not the best, there were anys everywhere. The restaurant service was not as expected. There were not many options.

This hotel is very centrally located and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The beds are quite firm but the room is nice.

This is my second I’ve stated time at this hotel. I love it, it’s cozy and pretty with great service and if you get the breakfast at the restaurant in the building it’s great.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Parador Del Dominico. We loved the beautiful courtyard and the helpful, friendly staff. The room was clean with two large beds and plenty of space to move around and store our belongings. Nice sink area, and spacious shower and toilet. We appreciated the programmable safe in the closet, and the water cooler in the hall, providing safe drinking water whenever we needed it without creating plastic bottle waste. We ordered the breakfast offered through Expedia which turned out to be a “US American” breakfast with coffee or tea, fresh fruit, bread and eggs with bacon or ham and accompanying salsas. The restaurant was open from 7am to 5pm, enabling us to eat before heading out on tours. The area surrounding included restaurants, parks and shops. It’s a two-block walk to the Ethnobotanical Gardens and the Cultural Museum. The main tourist shopping area runs south of the botanical gardens. We enjoyed tours with Oaxaca by Locals which was 2-3 blocks from the hotel. I would have preferred a nicer view, and recommend calling the hotel with any preferences. The air conditioning was nice. We did not open the windows because they did not have screens. The hotel staff helped us in many ways, including arranging our 4:30 am cab back to the airport.

Great hotel at a great location. They checked us in at 10 PM which is very rare i Mexico. Super friendly staff, they speak good english and arranged a taxi to the airport for us at 6 AM.

The hotel is very clean and is located conveniently in the city center. Staff was attentive and cordial.

This hotel is conveniently located about 25 minutes from the airport and walking distance to the main plaza and market. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and keep the hotel impeccable. We were very pleased during our staying and would not hesitate to come back. I would only recommend management to have some buckets that can be used as coolers since the rooms don't have mini-refrigerators.

Very friendly and easy going personnel at front desk and restaurant. Great food and inexpensive too!

The property is beautiful and the location is great. Great value for the price. This being said, maintenance is getting behind. Wifi is weak and unreliable. The kick did not work and the shower was clogged. They fixed the kick next day but overall maintenance is getting behind.

Beautiful and affordable hotel near Zocalo and mercados. Everyone was very hospitable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

I left my glasses and umbrella in the room and call back to get them and they said was not there obviously cleaning personal took them my glasses were versage i talk to manager and i told her exactly were i left them. Its sad people still your belong and cant trust the hotel.

I did not like that at night they did not had hot water and less water you had to call at the office and at seconds you had hot and more water and the parking is not near

Great location very friendly staff many night we came in after midnight knock on main entrance never told us anything, Very clean and great price about five short blocks from zocalo near good bars and restaurants we were given room 106 first floor nice little patio with couple of chairs to relax highly recommended

Very clean and comfortable, located in downtown, in a quiet area close to shops and walking distance from everything. Hotel staff was informative helpful and very nice.

The Property is suffering from Pandemia in decoration. However, the rooms newly redecorated extremely clean. New sheets mattresses. The location is perfect. Excellent restaurants 3, 4, and 5 stars walking distance. Everybody with a smile.I recommend.

There were a few cold days and the Room heating unit did not work. About the Staff in the Hotel; there was one gentleman at nights (some nights) that really hat a bad attitude, not an Customer oriented person. One other worrying situation was that some nights we noticed that the room had been opened and it was not locked back, I reported it to the Staff and it happened again.

Super cute and convinient. Love staying here. Will come back again
