The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom sink drained slow. The chair at the desk looked like a kid was chewing on it for hours. The doors have paint splatters all over. They patched holes in the walls but didn’t paint afterwards. They sent us a text after checking in saying if we needed anything, we can text. Well, I texted for a later check out time and they never responded. This place is gross.

This place needs a major upgrade. For starters there are no full size pillows, the only set of blinds are the block out. All of the 1990’s furniture was very old and beat up. Large Bathroom but unfortunately could never get hot water to the shower, turned on high for a good 5 minutes before getting in and not a warm shower at all. The sink in the bathroom took forever to drain.Up charge for this hotel for a MSU football game was ridiculous. I will never go back and recommend to anyone spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

Worse hotel I ever stayed at. I had to leave after a night and they wouldn’t refund me and charged me for entire stay. We had massive bugs in our room and they said they would be in the next morning with an exterminator and never showed up.

It was the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The floors were stained and the bedding and couches were broken down. I woke up to bugs all over my room. When we told the hotel staff we were checking out early and we needed refunded they were super rude.

Ok place for an inexpensive stopover. Clearly in need of repairs but staff said they would be having a remodel soon. I wouldn’t choose this as a weekend getaway. No extra linens for fold out couch. Mold in the bathroom. Remote didn’t have batteries. Management needs to step up if they want to stay current.

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. I was contacted ahead of time and during my stay via text to ask if I needed anything. The hotel was clean but could use updating in a few areas. There was a nice variety of food available at breakfast and there were several restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner. I decided to stay at this hotel because of a positive experience a few years ago and would stay there again.

After paying for the room in full, the hotel still took a $100 deposit on our card, that we were not told about ahead of time. Once we got to the room, we realized our air conditioner was broken. I called the front desk… we were not offered a new room. Instead we were told a work order would be put in… no one ever came.

I had to switch rooms 3 times, first room the rug was soaked, then the shower didn't work and TV in living room was stuck leaning. I had many patches through the room, and the furniture was awful, stained and gross

Save yourself the hassle and sleep elsewhere. Hotel is super dated. Staff was absolutely incredible but hotel room was awful. Dirty tub and sink, beeping smoke alarm, holes in doors, stained carpet, missing smoke alarms, windows screwed shut, poor air conditioning, sticky floors, just overall awful stay.
Again - staff was absolutely amazing to deal with - hotel itself not so much.

It was a basic overnight stay from 830 at night to 830 the next morning. The bed was good, but not as firm as i usually like but doable. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good. The area felt safe and there was plenty to visit as far as food and shopping Overall, a decent stay

Employees made threats while pounding on our hotel room door before demanding identity documents of friends who were staying with me. We felt unsafe staying at this hotel.
Also saw at least 3 differently colored molds in the shower. I’m guessing if the wallpaper was peeled back to see what’s underneath this place would have to be quarantined.

Gross stained carpet - had to walk in shoes in the room, not enough pillows for a king sized bed, shower head barely had water pressure, poor repair on ceiling in shower

It was okay. The carpet feels like it needs to be changed or something (could not walk it barefoot), but otherwise the room was in good shape. The vending machines were well stocked, too.
The only other thing was the incidentals hold on my card. We have been checked out for over 24 hours now, have not heard back anything negative, but they have not yet released the hold.

Beds were not firm. But acceptable.
Outside was noisy.
Did not go to breakfast because it ended at 9:30.
Did not check out the pool because it was closed by the time we arrived.
Not happy that our card is still pending. We were told it would be 24 hour turn around. Not so. Called about why it was still on there 2 business days later. This time told up to a week.
