The hotel has been updated very nicely it looks great for an older hotel and was priced great. My only complaint is that it wasn't as clean as i would like. There was hair all over the tub and bathroom floor, and the carpet was not vacuumed.

It was quiet and clean for the right price. We did not try the breakfast.

Do not use the pool! Pieces of the ceiling falling into the pool, pool bathroom was filthy, paper towel holder has never been cleaned, hot tub is empty, water side is out of order and there is no sauna like the post says. Hallways were dirty, elevator buttons don't work so push and pray. Most doors are only exits. Hotel next to this one is closed down and assuming homeless people were breaking in.

What I didn’t like: 1. When it was time for me to take a shower, I found that the conditioner bottle was empty. As someone with fluffy hair, I really need conditioner, but it was too late to do anything since I was already in the shower with wet hair. It seems housekeeping forgot to refill it. 2. They offered a complimentary breakfast, but the pancake batter was too watery. When we tried to cook it, the batter didn’t set properly because of its consistency. I had to track down the staff member in charge to get the batter changed and made thicker so it would cook properly. 3. The most terrible part of our stay was when I woke up in the morning and saw bloodstains all over the blanket. We didn’t notice it the night before because we were so tired and went straight to bed, but in the morning, when I opened the window curtain, it was clearly visible. This made me realize they aren’t changing their blankets or duvet covers. I took a picture of it and reported it to the front desk during checkout, but all I got was an apology: "I'm sorry that happened." What I liked: The hotel staff, Tiffany, was very nice and friendly. She clearly enjoys her job and understands the needs of travelers like us. Upon check-in, she upgraded our room to a bigger one, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the blankets had blood stains.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast options, downfall that they don’t start breakfast until 7am on weekends. Difficult for those who need to get on the road early, there were lots of people waiting for breakfast. The gal making breakfast seemed rushed and the eggs & gravy were cold.

It’s nice place to stay.

We spent 4 nights here. We selected this hotel specifically due to the pool, water slide, and hot tub because we have a child who loves that stuff. When we got to the hotel we checked out the pool to find out the water slide as well as the hot tub were both out of order. They look like they had been for some time. If other hotels weren’t booked we would have switched. I with they would have relayed that info somehow when we booked. From now on I will call before booking to make sure everything is in working order. The staff were all great and friendly and the hotel was clean.

They gave someone access and keys to our room at 11 pm they came into our room when we were sleeping … water slide was broke

The bathroom stool was so low that I had to use the restroom down the hall. Expedia is not good at booking handicapped rooms.

One of the nicest hotels i have stayed in. The room was spacious and very clean. Will definitely stay again when traveling to the area.

The room was fine.I am very disappointed in the way you advertised the room . The pool slide was not working the hot tub did not work.The pictures were not up to date as to what the room looked like. I would like a siscout for rhe things that did not work or were not available. See photos of hot rub not working and broken hand rail.

The slide and spa were not working at the time of our stay. The pool water was cloudy.

Staff was friendly. Room and hotel were very clean. Good location.

This property was very convenient to get to from the highway and easy to get to other attractions and restaurants. However, there is only one staff person working at a time and she was VERY busy so there may be a wait for services. Continental breakfast very typical. The hot tub was out of order so call ahead. The door frames do not fit properly so it lets a lot of light in. Neighborhood is run down but felt safe as it is surrounded by other hotels.
