The hotel has this smell as an old building since you get into the lobby. Probably because they donr keep it cool enough and it smell to mildow. I went the day before Milton storm, and did not have time or chance to find empty hotel rooms otherwise I should have left the hotel. I was with allergic reactions for 2 nights due to the terrible maintenance of the hotel air and smell inside. Also, the bathroom sink was cloged since we get jn there, the toilett waz flushjng whenever it wanted and we had to play with the toilett most of the time to make it work. The design of the room was no funcional and awful. Botton line they told me the hotel was sold out because of the storm and I did not have other hotel to go either to evacuate since the storm was getting closer. Anyway the guy from the front desk was very helpful when the AC from the room started leaking water in the middle of tge storm. The following day after the storm they sent a plummer to fix the sink. I will not recommend this hotel, they need to do a better job trying to keep it clean from mold and allergens in the air.

Musty odor in room. Changed rooms and next day that room had musty order too. Turns out the problem and issue was AC leak which saturated rug which caused musty odor in room. It was too late at night and I was tired so I stayed in that room since I was checking out the next day. I should have been offered monetary compensation or discount or compted the room. Something.

Amazing clean wonderful service such a great spot for Disney days! So very close and no traffic between hotel and Disney! Only bummer was hot tub not working

It was a place to sleep. It was on OK place. The first room we had within 20 minutes we saw 2 cockroaches. They moved us rooms and we didnt see anymore. The elevator was sketchy, the hot tub was out of order and the only working ice machine was on the 2nd floor. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Near restaurants and stores. Felt safe. Breakfast was good and warm. Elevators felt a little wonky but worked fine. About 20 minutes from Disney parks via Non-Toll Roads.

The location is great and it's affordable. The staff really is what stands out though - Julian at the front desk went above and beyond constantly. Really wonderful cuatomer service and his kindness just made my vacation that much more special. Drew also was incredibly kind and patient.
