This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We booked this room months ago for my sons birthday. He wanted a hotel that has a hot tub and pool. When we got there they notified us that they gave away our room and that they were nearly sold out. Never contacted us or anything so we drove all the way there for no one to have the decency to call us and tell us our room was cancelled .. and why was it cancelled? Who freaking knows! So they were able to get us one room that they had left and we had to deal with not having the right amount of beds. Our hands were tied. There were no other hotels available. Then he notified us that the hot tub is out of commission. So we tried to make the best of it and go into the pool.... Which ended up being freezing cold and dirty. Everything my son was hoping for did not happen. Then in the morning the lady working breakfast was visibily and vocal about how frustrated she was working there. She was screaming and yelling. It was so uncomfortable. They also had signs saying check out was 12 but it was actually 11. It was literally unbelievable this place. Then, to top it all off, our door to our room wouldn't work and the keys stopped working. Just wow.

Chose the hotel for the hot tub and it was not working, only thing that was a disappointment.

Went to check in and stood at the front desk for a solid 10 minutes before someone came and phones kept ringing. Got checked in and went to my room and the handle was broken so every time I wanted to get into my room I had to keep moving the handle up and down while putting the key card up to it to open the door and takes a solid 1-2 to get it open. The room was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush. Like physically you can’t flush the toilet as the inner components were broken inside the toilet to the handle. Trash hotel and horrible service

The room was clean but needed some updates, the air works great and the beds were wonderful. The staff was overall friendly, they also had a very nice breakfast.

Georgie from gunshot wounds received during combat and one of the reasons I picked this hotel was because of the hot tub only to find out on arrival but it was broken. Pool was very cold and also not very clean.

Not a convenient entrance. Hot tub wasn't working. Only one elevator, people beside us were loud and rude. Beds were comfortable, shower was good pressure.....not the greatest or worst place.

I booked this stay through hotels.com and when I arrived my reservation was not in the system. I ended up having to book at the hotel, the room I had reserved was not available so I had to settle for a lesser room for more than a hundred dollars more than the reservation I had made. The remote and one of the lights in the room didn't work. There were no linens for the pull out bed. Never got new towels or wash cloths. The amount of bleach/ chlorine in the pool had our eyes burning just sitting in the room watching the kids. Fellow guests were rude, loud, and walking around with open liquor containers. Ice machine on our floor was out of order.

My husband and 5 year old daughter stayed here for 1 night. We checked the room thoroughly and we were impressed!!! The cleanliness of the room was incredible! The staff and other guests were so friendly! The breakfast had a great selection. The ladies running it were very nice. We will definitely be staying here again when were back for more cheer comps! Thank you.

Well the stay was nice. Did wish the pool had been open later, that was the reason i picked this hotel. I thought it was over priced for 1 night. The room was rather warm, alot more than it should have been. I did let the front desk know. Didnt get up in time for breakfast. Everything else was ok.

The room was average. The bathroom was unclean. The tub had a ring, the ceiling had mold and the floors look like they hadn't been mopped or swept in a while.

Pool and hot tub were old and not maintained well. Spa jets would only work for 10-15 seconds before turning off. Apparently no one is in charge of cleaning elevator as there were dead bugs on the floor for two day. No toilet paper holder in bathroom?? I have never been in a hotel room that the bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder. Get what you pay for.

The bathroom did not have a toilet paper dispenser. The main entry light in the room was broken, didnt work and did not have a cover. The bathtub and shower had partial caulking and what remained was rusted. I spent $200 per night on this room and extremely disappointed!
