My family has been going to this hotel for about 7 years. We will be looking for a new Goto hotel moving forward. For reference my sister stayed in the hotel most of our trip. Sunday - check in was quick and easy. They let us pick our floor. But hit us with an unexpected charge for parking. Granted 28 dollars a day isnt back..but when you arent expecting that extra charge for 4 nights. It adds up. Monday - we had water dripping into our room from the ceiling. Apparently the people with the kids left the water running when they checked out. Well my sister called the front desk, they gave her 2 options, stay in the same room or be relocated possibly on the 3rd floor. They found a vacent room on the first floor which is where we perfer. But didnt even offer to help her relocate. Monday night in the new room, we were woken up twicebecause someone kept calling our hotel room and hanging up. I wentto tve front desk and they told me to just unplug the phone. Tuesday- I realized i had a 400 dollar charge on my card, causing my account to go negative. I went to investigate withthe front desk. The lady told me she didnt see it and there was no charge. I told her my frustration and she decided to "investigate " she said finance told her they had an authorized charge for the 400. Which i didnt authorize. She told me the money would be back in my acount in 1-2 days. My best advice..CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT DURING YOUR STAY.

Great location with breakfast

I usually love staying at Cortana inn affordable and all. Yesterdays visit was different I was sad to hear they were charging for parking now and for breakfast was not the best the employees all talking about the people there eating out loud in Spanish making comments about how their all eating making people wait while they were laughing filling up their plates talking. Very unprofessional

Family suites, separation of two sleeping rooms and king bed. We did it like the having the old system of inserting the room key as opposed to a touch pad for room access as most the time inserting the car/room key didn’t work! We also didn’t like a key system to access the safe as the key is easy to misplace and also having to carry it around…. besides the threat of a $150.00 harve if you lose or! Why not a key pad?

Parking was hard to find throughout our whole stay.

As a guy who has stayed at a lot of hotels on the Disney street this one was most questionable 1. I found black mold behind the toilet in my room 2. The breakfast sausage you have to really kinda watch for some are burnt on the sides and I didn’t pay attention the first day and so I went to eat it and it was really tough and unappetizing for a hotel close to Disney this one’s ok but there are better ones to stay at not gonna lie

Parking was difficult but other than that, everything was great! Breakfast was good and filling. I’ve stayed here twice now!

Great customer service, affordable price including parking fees, safe and quiet area. Outdated room, bathroom, and carpet. Lopsided bed mattress. No variety in complementary breakfast: sausage every day and quality of coffee brand is poor: taste is bitter.

The room keys to doors were not working properly, our room was not the only one having an issue. You just had to be patient and try the key like 6 times before it would light up green and you could open your door. The hotel may have been having an issue for the whole property, not sure. The spread at breakfast was decent. One day was hard-boiled eggs and sausage, other days were scrambled egg patties with sausages and pancakes. Room was clean and comfortable though.

Emities and hospitality is good...Breakfast recipies needs to be improved by adding few more items lije fruit salad and also microwen should be arranged to hear the milk

It was a nice stay the only thing was we were by the stairs and ppl were very noisy.. not the hotels fault. Also when we got back from Disneyland we had no parking and had to ask the staff where to park. They have underground parking but u have to go thru another hotel to get in and out of it.

The place is listed as a "resort" it's not. Just a "cheap"(er) place to stay near Disney

The room felt dingy. There were stickers from the last guest still stuck on wall. The couch had noticeable stains. There was hair left behind in the shower and on the wall in the bathroom. On the first floor, so there were people walking by the window and shouting well into the night. The buffet breakfast was nothing more than a normal continental breakfast.

I stayed one night at the hotel and was able to park (for free) from early morning the 1st day until midnight the 2nd. That would have cost $70 at the park. Add in the free breakfast, and the room nearly paid for itself

Near everywhere to what we need.

Very close to Disney. The room is big. The around is busy though but generally a nice place to stay,

Overall it was a great experience. Check-in and check-out was effortless. Friendly and attentive staff members. Loved that the hotel offers a shuttle ride to Disneyland. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. We will be returning.

Room was so dirty. We requested towels and more soap as it was empty and never received any. My son who is 3 found a used condom under the bed which is disgusting.
