I made a mistake not reading carefully. This hotel claimed they have Denny's attached with them and hence do not offer breakfast. So it was pricey compared to the other hotels in the area and the rooms were not particularly any bigger.

Was ok... hallways smelled awful but if you held your breath through areas not so bad.. the restaurant attached had the same smell. Food was good but the odour took away from the meal.

The only thing I don’t like is there water is not hot enough. Straight hot in a tub is lukewarm

Only problem was the water was luke warm but the staff gave us breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience

The bedding was not changed upon arrival. Although, I was greeted awesome on arrival. Parking was tight. But over all… it was 3/5. Just not as sanitized or clean as I thought it would be.

The room was great! Very clean. Stairwells may need some renovations as the paint is peeling. Good pricing! Limited parking space available with so many other venues (E.g., housing, Moxie’s, Denny’s). Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Inn. The room was very comfortable and the walk-in shower in the bathroom was great. A comfortable king size bed gave a good rest. Having the Dennys restaurant attached was a bonus. At the price we paid, this hotel room was a very good choice.

Checkin with Gurshaan was quick and easy, overall it was an excellent place to stay. Couple small issues - the pool area was not cleaned overnight and there were no towels to start the day on Sunday. Couple small cleanliness items in the rooms, but we would definitely go back. Staff were all friendly, but the parking lot was very crowded and there was an unfortunately popular smoking area right outside the main entrance which was a little uncomfortable when you first arrive to check in. Hopefully the handicap parking area will get fixed soon.

The stay was great, quiet and the rooms are good. My room had been cleaned but there was a pair of socks from the people who had been there previously. They were in plain view on the floor, so was the floors cleaned before I got the room??? Also the AC was not working properly, as it was on High all 2 days just barley maintaining comfortable conditions.

The bed sheets where stained and dirty the show was dirty thr glass was dirty. The halls smells bad st times with dogs and there was many dogs peeing in elevators. It smelled musky

The hotel and staff were fine. However, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the TV had very few channels. As a result, we had no internet, and could not find any channels worth watching. There was no TV specific remote (as opposed to the cable remote), so we could not access our own streaming services.

The construction on the road to the hotel with roadblocks and closed signs made it seem impossible to get to the hotel. We tried to take an alternate route but could not find another access road to the hotel.
It was quite frustrating. In the end we found we could access the hotel from the closed road being constructed.

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice but the rooms are cleaned too fast. The desk was still dirty when I wiped my hand across it. There were crumbs. The base (bed skirt) was dirty. The staff at the front were not very knowledgable or helpful.

Check in was great. Room was decent, no complaints there.
The connecting denny’s restaurant was a bit of a disaster as they were out of many crucial menu items, the food we ordered was 3/10 at best. In every floor the hallways were flooded with people’s garbage and take out containers it smelled quite awful.

The Sandman Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Very pretty and the King Suite was a gorgeous hotel room. My family liked that the hotel is a joined to the Denny’s restaurant. Thank-you.

Our room was newly renovated. Shower was excellent.
The Moxie Restaurant in the parking lot is being renovated so some construction material present some asphalt damage in parking stalls.

Great place to stop if you're headed west on HWY 1, it is located right at the second exit for the Regina bypass, so you can skip the city or go straight into downtown. Hassan who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool and gym is open early/late for those of us arriving at weird times. Adjacent Denny's for breakfast and Moxies for dinner. Only drawback is that it is not a walkable area if that is important for you.

The parking lot is small and full as it shared with Moxies. It is way to hard to park and have enough space to get a child out of seat.

The check-in and room were great. Checking out was the worst experience ever. Waited 30+ mins at the check-out because the clerk was "sleeping" in the back room. I had too knock on the door twice to get some service, then he struggled checking me out of my room and I had to keep repeating the information. Awful experience!

Property is under renovation but they were doing a very good job of keeping the work areas clean and neat. It did not bother us.
We had a suite and we really liked having the extra room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel in and out. Under construction. Had to park on the street. Staff was not at the front for over 30 minutes at night. Needed additional towels but can get in the morning. Excellent standard pool and hot tub. Room very clean. New hardware and upgrades were an awesome touch. Fantastic outdoor area with gazebo.

This hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and we slept very soundly. There was a large mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker in the room. Extra blankets, iron, toiletries and lots of towels. The pool was the perfect temperature and was also very clean. There are also plenty of pool towels. The hotel is right on the Trans Canada highway and the ring road. Denny’s is attached to the hotel and you can also order room service from Denny’s. It is super convienent for shopping, restaurants, and getting around in Regina. We will stay here again. Very professional staff who were friendly and attentive.

Only issue I had was the ac units gave off a smell that seemed liked the filters needed to changed. Staff were very receptive to my issue and maintenance was there the next day looking into it.
