Nice location,helpful staff, good pool, property not brand new but all comfortable, clean and functional in a good location with a good view.

We were very surprised by this hotel. It is an older style building but was an amazing place to stay. Reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The view was amazing and it was walking distance to everything.

all furniture and fixtue are old fashion but all staff are very friendy.

We found that everything that we needed was all within walking distance and safe and friendly.

It was a little grimey with dust on the skirting boards, floor and ceiling. disappointingly, the shower was not clean with black grime between the tiles.

Maldives location is excellent. Maldives is well managed, very clean and tidy. Parking facility is good. Units are in need of upgrade to support the location.

Location and ammenities were great. Unfortunate noise from construction next door however this didn’t disturb us too much. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, tidy, functional.

The location is central to a variety of restaurants and attractions most of which are just a leisurely stroll away including surfers paradise and the spit and the beach is even closer. The units are designed to make the most of the coastal views which are spectacular. Our unit was very comfortable and held everything you could need for a short stay and was faultlessly clean. We will definitely be returning to The Maldives Resort.

The room was fine, but dishwashing items (dish cloth, scrubber) were missing in the kitchen area of the room.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel quality was great. Just what I was hoping for during my stay in main beach. The surrounding area was quiet but was nice being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers. I recommend this property to travellers

Lovely property very close to the beach. Washer/dryer very handy (but we used the drying rack on the balcony rather than heat up the room - clothes dried well overnight). Staff were friendly and responsive. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. The suite was nicely furnished and kitchen was well equipped. Pool was lovely with lots of lounge chairs available. We had no car but there were a few nice restaurants (le Jardin was excellent for brunch, and Domanis had great thin crust pizza) and shops within about 3 minute walk, tram about 5 minutes, and a Metro grocery store about 10-15 minutes. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for something outside the bustle of the really busy (during school break) Surfers Paradise. The only downside during our stay had nothing to do with the property itself - there is a lot of construction happening in the immediate area so noise started early. Bring earplugs if that bothers you!

Super location, walking distance to beach and/or shops, brilliant view, spacious terrace, modern fittings, great communication, easy free safe and secure parking. Only issue was that the carpets were clearly not vacuumed when we arrived. Informed management and they said that they’d help us out next time we booked which was good to hear. Would stay here again

The furniture was shabby sofa worn and uncomfortable. Bed a bit lumpy. Nice art on walls. Could have been cleaner. Under the sofa ( no matress on sofa bed) dirty around washing machine. I was there for 10 days at $300 per day. Service only on day 5 change of linen only no vacuuming or cleaning of bathroom done once on my repeated request. No cleaning products or cloths available. Useless carpet sweeper provided. Flat batteries in the remote had to buy my own. Nice clean washer and dryer. I appreciated the drying rack. Nice balcony with sea view. Nice clean pool and spa. Wardrobe full of junk. 2 mins to beach 5 mins to great main beach shops good grocery store coffe bars restaurants. Close to tram. All in all OK but very dissapointed in the service/cleaning. Staff friendly but not many of them.

Love the location and being on 14th Floor. One sliding door had no curtains so found own solution to ensure privacy but otherwise great, we will be back
