Very nice and clean room. Close walk to the main strip. Perfect size room for a couple. Looks small, but is very well laid out. We liked the room a lot.

Everything was great, if there was a negative it would have to be low water pressure. We have used this property many times and plan on keep using it.

You never actually said saw any staff but if you called they answered and were very proactive about any issues and checking in.

Overall it was in a good area. Plenty of parking. Not very soundproof, you could hear talking from other rooms. Nice pool. The unit was roomy. Staff was very responsive! A good option for the price.

The bedroom door wouldn’t stay shut and the room was dated but it was comfortable for a short stay.

Looking for a quiet getaway weekend with the wife. Room had everything we wanted. Jet Tub, a small kitchenette with utensils and cook ware. It was close to downtown shops and the area was quiet and peaceful. Definitely planning on returning in the future. The staff was very helpful and prompt.

Room was clean but the TV in the bedroom would not work. Also the pool was like ice water and couldn't be enjoyed.

This was one of the worse condos. bedside tables were shedded on bottom. bathroom was dirty in corners and chipped paint, sparse furnishings. one closet mostly full due to water heater. TV in bedroom did not work.

I like not having to deal with people to check in or out. The place was lovely but the pool needs to be cleaned daily. There was too much leaves and debris in the pool.

We liked it very well the location was great walking distance to down town, it was very quite and clean , and we even seen a bear in the parking lot that was amazing. We will most definitely come back to this place 😊

I would recommend this property! It was close enough to everything that we could walk and we had an 8-year-old with us. The unit is older but well maintained. I would suggest a bathroom retouch and replacing the carpet in the bedroom and just use a large rug. It's budget friendly and clean! We had to use the sofa bed which was queen sized but needs a new mattress. We did have our 18 and 8 yr old sleep on it though, and they survived!

Unit 501 was the perfect size for 2 adults and one child. Living/kitchen area small but adequate. Bedrooms were a nice size. Outdoor area nice but chairs could use new cushions. Able to walk to main strip within 15-20 minutes. Coming back uphill was a challenge. Overall a nice stay

Very clean the only problem for me was getting in and out jetted tub because Im short 5 2 inches. And it was too far to walk comfortably for us being in our 60s to downtown Gatlinburg. But they do have parking.

Out of the way, but still in walking distance of all that matters. The room does need a little maintenance and upgrading, but it was a great experience all in all.

Very nice stay. Cozy, clean and had all that we needed. Very close to shopping, eating and entertainment. Will stay at #206 in our return trips in the future.

The apartment was nice the only downfall was the kitchenette. So so small. It was tough to cook in there. But it was a good price and a short walk to the main strip. The trick to an easier walk is to go out the back dow the stairs the the first main road you see take a right and you walk a couple of blocks to the main strip.

A little out dated , we were in town during the winter storm and on the days it was single digits the heater barely kept up even with the fireplace. Other than that decent stay loved the view off the balcony.

Loved the nearness to Downtown Gatlinburg but we couldn't walk with my 82 year old mother. (Steep hill) Unit 501 appears to be renovated and it was a nice place to stay! We didn't figure out how to turn on the heat until the last night. It wouldn't work on AUTO, we had to turn the Fan to ON to get it to blow warm air. The weather was not that cold so it really wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the fireplace to work so we just didn't use it. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

We liked the location above the city with spectacular views. The condo unit was renovated with modern features, but decorated with the theme of the mountains. There was plenty of space for the four of us ladies.

We stayed in condo #508. It was clean, cute and convenient. The bed was comfortable. However , the shower was terrible, little water pressure and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The towels were worn and cheap. We did not utilize the kitchen. The main door(front door) could use some weather stripping.

Definitely not worth $220 for a night! Initially we booked that condo because of the large jacuzzi tub but apparently the hot water heater is not large enough to fill the tub to make it usable. The bed was just an old king size mattress that needs replacing and the pillows were like pancakes flat. Plus the comforter had an odor. The bathroom light did not work. the mat for the tub was old and cracked but the towels were disgusting. they did smell of bleach but they were so stained that it was Unreal. While the floor and surfaces did seem clean it just felt rundown and kind of dirty. Also the only toiletries provided were some cheap bars soap no shampoos or conditioners. There was no coffee or tea for the coffee maker. We could have stayed in a much nicer place for the price we paid. added to that the easy access walking distance to the main strip includes a massive staircase if you have any Mobility problems it is not a good option.
