Excellent location, was able to walk to town, Ross Castle and more. The Junior Suite was super comfortable, and the tavern and breakfast meals were very good.

OH MY GOD. This hotel. I knew we had splurged a little on this but this hotel is actually, truly perfect. It's SO beautiful inside, and the customer service is exactly what a 5-star hotel should be. Everyone was so kind, and warm, and helpful. We were traveling with our 7-year-old daughter. We booked the family room, which was just mind-blowing. It's like a palace in there. A room like that would be $1500 in the U.S. They provided robes, and even had a child's-size robe for our daughter, and slippers in her size. I've NEVER seen care and attention to detail like that before. After a five-hour drive from Galway in the pouring rain, Killarney Park was a haven, a comfort, a luxury - exactly what we needed. I'd live in that hotel if I could! If this is a splurge for you too, trust me and just go for it. It will be the best experience of your trip. One thing to note that was the only disappointing thing... they do not allow kids in the hot tubs - only the pool. And the hot tubs are not very hot - lukewarm at best. So if you're there with your child, that means you have to stay in the pool the whole time too and not the hot tub :( That was a bummer. But otherwise, everything here was a dream.

We had a good stay for one night at the Killarney Park Hotel. The highlight was definitely the staff who are truly exceptional. They are well mannered and go out of their way to make us comfortable or provide recommendations for our trip. We also enjoyed the spa, the restaurant and the overall aesthetic. A few areas for improvement: 1) the AC wasn’t really working in our room and the windows only open a crack, which made it really uncomfortable on a particularly warm night in August. 2) my robe in the spa was filthy - it had someone else’s hair all over it. I am Not sure if it was mistakenly given to me when it was dirty or if it was just not washed well. Also the shower in the spa had a clogged drain. I’m not sure we’d stay here again if we were in the area but we’re glad we gave it a try.

Really enjoyable - truly a great experience

We stayed at the Killarney Park for the weekend and it was fantastic. Very friendly staff and high quality facilities. It was centrally located and right near all the main tourist attractions. Everything we needed was easy to arrange and was convinient all around.

The service was fantastic! We enjoyed the lit fireplaces and the various rooms to sit in. The food in the dining room was just wonderful!

The staff was SO courteous and friendly, always asking if we needed anything. The hotel is charming and beautiful, rooms were nice, bed was really comfortable, slept great. The location is fantastic, can walk everywhere. Lots of bars, shops and gardens. Highly recommend this place.
