Hotel is good, however it is a little far from the old town. Food was excellent.

I don’t like to write negative reviews but I couldn’t find a way to contact hotels.com and I sent the hotel three emails which have gone unanswered. I stayed at the hotel for two nights September 27-29, 2024. I did not sleep either night because the air conditioning did not work in either room. Ray, the manager was great and did his best to make me comfortable but there is only so much he can do with a tired property. I stayed at two other hotels in Spain and slept well in both hotels. I left some dresses in my room. When I called the hotel to inquire, they told me to send an email to [email protected] I have sent 3 emails which have gone unanswered and they did not bounce. Also the reception told me that if they did find the dresses, I would have to make my own arrangements to pick them up which I am willing to do but this highlights the quality of the service this hotel provides. I am asking for a refund and for the hotel to reach out to me so I can make arrangements for me to pick up my dresses. My preference would be for the hotel to ship the dresses to my home and I will pay the cost. Apologies for leaving a negative review. I didn’t want to have to do this.

Beautiful hotel on the northern outskirts of Valencia but directly opposite the congress centre. Could not fault the room at all.
Shame it wasn’t nearer to the city centre but this doesn’t detract from the hotel.

The Hotel was nice. It was clean but the front desk females was not too friendly specially Sylvia, Not friendly at all, but I guess that’s the way goes. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you.

Stayed 3 nights in a Junior Suite at Melia Valencia. I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but it was lacking in a couple of key areas.
Positives: great service, very spacious room, nice pool and sun deck, really large gym, on-site spa, enormous lobby, and located in a new and modern part of the city.
Negatives: the room was a little beat-up (stains on the carpet, scrapes and dents on the walls, marks on the furniture), and the room wasn't super clean (hair on the carpet and small remnants of children's toys on the floor).
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel...just can't give it 5-stars because of the room condition and cleanliness.

Overall the property was ok. The bathroom/shower smelled of sewer and we were on the 18th floor. We had reserved a ‘level’ suite which is their highest offering and to check in we had to go up to the 26th floor, where we were informed that the level suites do not accommodate pets (which was a filter we had set on Expedia). Not sure if they ended up giving us what we paid for but overall we had an ok time and we loved what we saw of València.

Beautiful hotel in Valencia. Up one block from the underground subway access and the Hop On Hop off bus. Great location if you want a bit of distance from the downtown hustle and bustle. Breakfast was great and hotel staff very accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

This property is big and comfortable. Amenities are amazing. Staff is helpful and kind. My only problem was with their overall air conditioning. Rooms and elevators are very hot. In general was a good stay. Thank you very much to The Level staff for their top service specially to Manuel Q. for making our stay better.

Was charged an extra $22 euros for my fiance, room had a musty smell, and accidentally walked into the pool and spas area and was rudely told we were not allowed in there. This was technically not even in València. We were not impressed

Staff are not as helpful and friendly as other comparable quality hotels but everything else about the hotel is definitely a quality. One of the best hotels in the city but it’s the furthest from the center. So not easy to walk to center and not to the beach

Nice stay. Room was a little warm (ac didn’t go as low as I hoped) hut otherwise excellent stay! Wonderful, walkable neighborhood with restaurants and shops. Close to Metro (2 blocks). Great staff. Overall five-star stay

Great value for this hotel that is midway between the city center and the airport. All the amenities you want, generously sized rooms and a comfy bed. Perfect for our one-night stay.

Well located with a short metro ride into the centre (The metro station is at the end of the street). Found the staff to be unhelpful and that as guests, we were treated like we were an inconvenience to them.
There are some really great dining options within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Booked this hotel due to the spa facilities, but upon arriving, was informed that the spa was a chargeable extra and around €35 an hour.

Room service menu wasn’t available and despite calling the team three times to resolve this, nothing was done

The room was nice and they did keep it clean. It just was very impersonal and corporate. I was unaware how far the location was from everything and gaining cabs to and from was difficult. The shower pressure was the best part of this stay.
