I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. The pool area was disappointing as it looks nicer in the pictures than actually there. Lots of flies in the area too. The restaurant was very nice, great food and the staff here were very helpful too and it was definitely good value for money in here.

The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient. It’s in the middle of nowhere. We used 3 GPS units and we still couldn’t find it. We got lost every time we try to go to the hotel. We couldn’t stay late outside because it’s impossible to find when it’s dark. The staff are impolite, rude, and not helpful. The room was not clean. The floor was dusty and full with hair and ants. The sheets have small blood spots. There is no refrigerator. When I left the room, I expected that they will change the sheets and clean the room. They didn’t do that, they just put new towels and made the bed leaving the same dirty sheets that we got when we get there. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

We only stayed for 1 night but it was very pleasant, we were happy to have a nice meal at their restaurant when we arrived later in the evening. The best part was waking up to see the views that we couldn’t see at night ... beautiful!

This is an amazing hotel, the breakfast is a buffet and it was really nice and fresh, the services they provide were good and there wasn't any trouble at all. The restaurant on the site serves nice food (bit overpriced) but no complains about the quality. The location of the hotel is the only problem here. Theres nothing around it, me and couple of friends didn't have a car so we were walking to pisa everyday which is around 45mins walk some of it doesn't have pavement or lights (if you are walking DON'T forget Repellent for mosquitoes). The walks in the morning and afternoon were nice, but at night it was bit dangerous as there were no lights or pavement (the bus stops working at 7/8PM.) There's also Careffour and Pharmacy close to the hotel around 25/30mins walk on case you need to buy something. If you have a car you should deffo book this hotel as it is amazing with free parking and in a quiet area. Away from the city, it felt really good for a city break, relaxing and they have a good Swimming pool. Unfortunately the table tennis was broken. Theres a bus E03 just 5mins walk to the main road which takes you to LUCCA (a must go) and to pisa (4euros eaxh ticket if you buy at the bus) . The hotel was nice and we will deffo go back again this time with a car even tho walking was fun in a group.

Booked on one name, checked-in with another person = great flexibility. Rooms are large and comfy (with a TV AND a refrigerator). Restaurant included, at democratic prices. Road to the hotel is broken up, bring a jeep.

First room , found with toilette smell of urina! Route to access in very bad condiction, several holes. Wifi very poor, bed not confortable, towels with red mark .

Location was wonderful, staff was great, clean and comfortable room, beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Very relaxing atmosphere. Good breakfast.

A quiet hotel close to the city Pisa. However very difficult to reach at this moment because of a badly indicated detour. Make sure NOT to book an economyroom. The other rooms are comfortable . There is a nice swimmingpool however there are no matrasses for the chairs available. You have to use your own towel. Breakfasf is good. But during the day there is little more available than coffee ,softdrinks and ice cream. Staff is helpfull. the restaurant is good but only open from 19.30 till 22.00. You really need a car or a bike.
