7 stars hotel. Excellent stay. Recommend

My wife and I had a very restful and relaxing time. The service and hospitality were fantastic. Kizzy and Calista were wonderful. Made it special for us. Live the beach.

Proerty was clean and nice. Service was very friendly. Stretch of beach was amazing and they go over the top top provide gear for snorkeling and floating in the ocean to relax. Beach service was to notch as well! Will def visit again.

Rating this place as excellent just doesn’t do it justice. From the time we arrived, every member of the staff (and the owners) were so welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Josh, Eddie, Dave, Emma, Z, Michelle, & Jennifer, as you were a big part of why we were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves! The people, the property, the location, the on-site food, the native creatures…I did not want to leave SCOTB! 10/10 recommend!

It’s was beautiful and peaceful

The food is amazing here. My wife and i stayed here for a week and we ate dinner every night here. The beach attendants always made sure we were yaken care of. Josh at the front desk wash very helpful in telling us what to go see and do. Everyone at the property were exceptionally nice. The owners were always around introducing themselves and alot of times they would help around the property. The snorkeling from the beach is amazing.

it was a good stay. i did not like the swimming pool. I thought it was to small for all the guess. I loved the easy access to the beach. The room was ok , it was clean.

Absolutely amazing! The best hotel ever! Traveling with my family and we had concerns about the “option free clothing”-pool, but it’s on the other side of the road and you can choose to go or not. Everybody’s so kind and welcoming.

First time to St. Croix and chose this part of the island for the beach and quietness. This property was very nice unfortunately when we got there at 5 o’clock on Saturday, we were informed that their dinner service will not be available and it wasn’t available for the four nights that we stayed there, that was a huge, huge disappointment. We did not rent a car as we wanted to eat at the property, although they had breakfast and lunch which was decent. there were restaurants about 7/10 of a mile and then further to about a mile there was more stores and restaurants. It would be really nice if the property had bicycles to borrow or use or even rent. I did not want to rent a car due to driving on the left-hand side. We took a taxi one day to go to the other side of the island. Taxi service is extremely expensive, but still cheaper than renting a car if you don’t plan on traveling much. I will revisit this property in a couple of years.

Beach access, generous staff

The staff was very customer oriented and always available.

If you want a quieter experience on the island, this is the spot! The owners are super sweet and very attentive. They have snorkels and beach spots for free for hotel guests. We had a blast snorkeling. The rooms are older and not quiet. Anything you do in the room will be heard. The continental breakfast is incredibly limited. It’s a-little disappointing. I would recommend renting a car if you stay for a longer period so you don’t have to wait and pay for taxis every day. Also, Christiansted is bigger but quite an expensive taxi ride. Come in the busy season. After April, the island is dead and the temperatures are much hotter and stale. Also you can see the sea turtles on the other places of the islands before they are shut down for nesting. Overall. Great experience.

If you want to visit St. Croix you should book at this hotel. Many of St. Coix’s hotels do not have direct beach access let alone the views of a beach like this one. The owners/staff seemed to think of every little thing that could have been improved. The food at the cafe was great and beach service was always a dream. Dorsch Beach had some of the best water you could ask for and amazing snorkeling directly off the beach. Everyone that worked there was more than delightful and all the details together made for a wonderful adventure!

Disclose that it’s not a typical resort you would visit while traveling that it is somewhat secluded and not around ANY tourist attractions.

Hotel exterior and tropical gardens are beautifully maintained. Rooms are somewhat dated. A small but nice sandy beach with excellent facilities and staff service. Restaurant food is disappointing unless you are satisfied with fast food.

Not much to do in Frederiksted, but it is quiet and peaceful at the Sandcastle
