I got charged $25 for parking. Never had a hotel charge you to park your car.

The availability of quality dining for a hotel located right next to a gigantic stadium was literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Seedy bars overrun this neighborhood, and I would not ever feel safe bringing my family here. The service at the hotel and everywhere in the surrounding area was also truly awful. No attempt at customer service was made, even after the hotel fire alarm woke everyone up at 1am because some drunk idiot fell asleep while making a pizza. There were several moments I was literally afraid for my life at this hotel, and everyone acted as if this were very normal for this neighborhood. I will not be using this hotel again

Everything about this day was perfect. We were across from Lucas oil stadium. We were able to walk all over town where we wanted to go. It was very close to the Riverwalk, which we enjoyed. The hot tub was amazing. The pool was wonderful as well set up was perfect!

Room and location were excellent. Front desk service , was USELESS and could speak English . Other than that, the place is excellent

My husband and I came with our kids for a night to swim and attend a concert. Parking was insane due to the Colts game, we ended up having to pay to park in the city centre parking but it was $25 compared to $40 cash what they were charging to park for the game! The hotel was great! Beds were cozy, air conditioning worked great. Plenty of space! I like that we had a kitchenette and could use the plates and such. I would add pictures to this review, but yet again, it won't let me on the app!

We absolutely loved this place! So clean and such a cool design of space with living and kitchen area and double doors that went into the room. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, and we were really impressed. The rooms were very nice, and we appreciated the fact that both bathrooms have their own bathrooms. The hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back next time we’re in INDY

The suite was nice but small for a suite. Breakfast was wonderful. On Sunday, I went for decaf coffee and it was cold and strong, I'm going to guess it was from Saturday. I asked for freash and it was made promptly.

Very convenient. Located directly across from Lucas Oil Stadium and close to Convention Center and downtown. Good parking. Free breakfast. Quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is older but very well maintained and clean. It is right next to the football stadium. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Gainbridge Field.

Made Indianapolis a stop on the route home. Staybridge was a fabulous stay for my whole family. We didn’t want to leave with how comfortable the beds and room was. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent.

The suite was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The air conditioner was a little loud though

Breakfast was amazing and had a large variety of food options, including hot items! We had a one bedroom suite and that was very nice for our family. Very clean hotel. Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium, less than a five minute stroll.

Stayed here as a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Sleeper sofa NOT comfortable. Mattress was poor and every spring could be felt. Breakfast was great. Not enough seating in dining area but worked well to take food back to room. Little kitchen with full size fridge was very nice. Room was clean and no evidence of age. Grout in the bathroom and kitchen looked like new. Little parking space so had to use parking garage shared with another hotel and short walk from this hotel. Close to ballpark, stadium, and I think a conference center.

The hotel was better than expected in every way other than the pool/hot tub, which was very small. The room and common areas were very clean and the bed/furniture was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The service and friendliness of staff was above average. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to our venues. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was fabtastic. Everything was clean and the staff were exceptional. The location is good for events at victory field or Lucas Oil Stadium, but there was not much in the area for restaurants or places to grab food. That would be my only complaint as the hotel and staff were fantastic.

Went to a concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and stayed one night at Staybridge. Walkable distance for most people but if you're in your 60s or older, it might be a stretch depending on any physical limitations. Not much in the way of restaurants close to the hotel but once we got to Meridian Street there were quite a few options. The Staybridge itself is a nice hotel with a fairly reasonable room rate. The room and property was clean and well taken care of, and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet for a good night's sleep! If you're planning on taking advantage of their free breakfast, make sure you get down there before 9:30 am as everything was being taken away and locked up then. People who arrived right at 9:30 had to scramble to get some food before it was packed up and brought back to the kitchen. All things considered, we were very happy with our choice of hotel and confidently recommend the Staybridge if you're looking for a hotel in Indianapolis.

The room was pristine and smelled great. Everything was perfect. And the Dove products in the bathroom! Amazing....Absolutely love the shower head too. I have stayed at this same hotel 3 times in the last 9 months and will definitely be back!

Staff provided excellent service and accommodation to make sure my party was more than taken care of after there was some flooding in the room we had booked.
