It was awesome. I loved the location where it was close to the interstate.

The staff was excellent! We were there evacuating from hirricane Milton. The staff went above and beyond to help us.

Had I known the state of this hotel, I would not have booked it. Once you walk past the front desk, the hotel is in disrepair. The main elevator is extremely slow for a 4 floor hotel. The side elevator wasn't operable. Multiple stains on carpets in hallways. Ice machine only located on the 3rd floor. Once we got to our room and opened the door, the scent coming from the room was horrific. Went back to the front desk to ask for another room and the staff accomodated, reluctantly and no apologies about the smell. We used the pull out couch since the beds were more like full size beds. No bedding was available in the room so had to go back down to the friendly front desk person to get sheets and thin blanket. Paint on the ceiling was falling down from upstairs water leak as well as in the shower.
Have stayed at multiple Extended Stays...this one was by far the worst one I have ever seen. Multiple guests that were seen appeared to be living at the hotel.

The hallway and room smelled bad! The couch smelled bad and we couldn’t use the pull out bed because it smelled like pee! When we opened the pull out bed all kinds of dirt stuff fell out onto the floor! Lego’s and dirt!

Weird place. Great looking lobby. Rooms were old and in need of upgrade. Especially bathroom and carpet. Bad, stale smells throughout. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast options were basically cleaned out by 8am and not restocked.

Very nice and clean property.Staffs and services were good.Breakfast was as expected however fruits were missing usually they used to also have apple and banana.There was bit of smell coming from one of the pillow.Very close to I-4 and lakeland shopping area.Overall experience was good.

Pitiful breakfast, the worse we have ever encountered. There is a beautiful serving area/dining area that is totally wasted with this excuse for a breakfast. Management should charge a few dollars more for the rooms and stock a good breakfast.

Rooms smell like pet urine & cigarettes and it was no smoking , also 2nd floor was very smelly .

Room was torn up by previous guests: pieces of the couch missing, suspicious stains on couch cushions. Beds were very uncomfortable. We ended up canceling the 2nd night of our stay. Would not stay there again for the price we paid for that room.

The hideaway couch should be thrown out. It was all springs. No trash can for kitchen. There was a green spot on ceiling above the bed. Looks like some kid threw their green blob there.

I enjoyed the overall convenience of the location. The beds were hard but managable with a quick trip to the store for a bedding topper. Nothing lavish just $40 bucks. I am staying here again right now. It's clean enough and no roaches or bedbugs. Always a plus. Staff is awesome as always.

The staff was great, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, but… Do not expect a substantial breakfast. Very disappointing. There wasn’t even juice or water. The breakfast included granola bars, prepackaged muffins, vacuum sealed eggs (but not good at all), oatmeal, and a few other items. We ended up having to eat breakfast across the street at Cracker Barrel. We wouldn’t stay again because of the breakfast. I always choose a hotel with a hearty breakfast and this was just sad.

The only reason I am giving the review two stars is because of the fact that The staff was very nice despite the hotel itself being in terrible conditions. The entire hotel has a stench from the moment you walk in and the hallways are worst. The first room I was given smelled like straight mildew and when I asked to be changed the staff member and GM made an exception and upgraded since that’s what they had available. Then the second room I was given the AC wasn’t working correctly And it got super hot and then cooled down a bit but remained warm. Throughout the stay my cards stopped working multiple times.

Was okay since my family was needing a place to stay for 1 night. Room is old needs updating. But has kitchen for family.

Website said coffee pot in room; there was none. A/C runs and was technically working but only blew straight out from the vent. The bed area was hot an no way to redirect the vent. The he reservation listed 2 people in the room but my partner arrived first and was not allowed in until they got my id. If that’s the rule then let me put both names on the reservation
