You get what you pay for. Most of the lights in my room didn’t work, overall just a very dirty facility. Door was covered in rust, front & back.

Clean and comfortable

If you are looking for a budget place to stay (& in these times, who isn’t?), this place is a wonderment!! The decor was minimal but very retro and super clean (even smelled pleasantly clean). The bonus was the small garden plots & pots FILLED with a bounty of plants, mostly from India, and a plethora of blooming Sweet Basil. Felt like Eden ( amid a concrete jumble of the usual & mudane − the animals). Instead of an apple tree, they’d pruned a cedar tree to look like a palm tree & had English Ivy in it growing owing to a lattice arbor, surrounded by exotic bushes with pretty little blossoms & teeny spicy peppers. Incredibly friendly, helpful and polite staff! I will definitely stay here from now on when I do my usual overnighted in Mount Vernon, IL.

I didn't really like anything the beds were hard as rock the check-in process was horrible the service was rude it stated online that they had breakfast in the morning and all they had was coffee and things were just so crabby I've had a better stay at a junkier motel then that one I won't ever stay at that one again I would not suggest it unless you like sleeping on what feels like a rock and plus the bed had stains on it it's disgusting

I was initially put off by the exterior of the building and since I was traveling alone, I was a little nervous about being put on ground level clear in the far back of the building near a wooded area. Outside my room there were hundreds of cigarette butts and quite a bit of trash. However, my room was clean enough and the AC did a good job keeping up even though it was 90 degrees outside. The bed was ok. The shower, once I figured it out, was nice and hot with good water pressure. Overall I was satisfied with my stay for the price I paid.

Room was neat and clean. Seemed to just been renovated recently. Area around hotel not the best, but the stay was comfortable and quite!

My first room key didn't work, when I finally got into the room there was standing water on the floor everywhere. Not like a flood, but like it was coming through the floor. Half an hour later they moved me to an upstairs floor. The manager who came was very nice. The room LOOKED fine. I got undressed and dragged all my luggage from the car only to find the sheets and pillows were wet. Not just a little wet. Like washed the sheets and put them straight on the bed from the machine, wet. I was so exhausted after driving all day I put down towels on the bed and slept anyway. Barely slept. The next morning I asked the front desk to have to manager call me. He never did. This hotel is a disaster. I should have been refunded at the very least.

made a reservation by mistake, when I searched for nearby hotels on Expedia, when the location opened to check out of this hotel showed 1500 miles, I immediately called Expedia, they asked me for all my card information and I couldn't trust it, then I called this product center, the lady there was helpful, she contacted the hotel, the person at that time was the hotel manager. He said he can cancel, I was told to call at 9 and your money will be refunded, I called at 9 o'clock, they said there was no manager, I called again, they said he was on leave, apparently they are stalling, yes, if everyone has it, I made the wrong reservation in the morning, I did not receive service, I did not use the hotel room, this is normal fraud and the hotel manager was called, he did not contact me by phone. Even though I left my number

I stayed at 3 Motel 6’s on my trek from TX to IN, and this was by far the best! Safe area, clean room, friendly staff, and very comfortable with a good place to take my dog out. Still no breakfast provided, but the coffee was good. Only complaint would be the outlet the AC was plugged into - it was not well secured with a plate on the outlet, and the plug kept coming loose, turning the AC off.

The rooms were nicely cleaned however the AC definitely needed some cleaning. When I turned it on their was def a musky mildew scent.

We’ve been moving across country with two cats. Motel 6 is the way to go. The staff has been so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean and don’t reek of previous pets. They use laminate or linoleum flooring instead of carpet. Best choice for traveling with pets!

Office smells bad with the unscented cleaner used. Gentlemen was hard to hear and what made it worse is the plexiglas divider still up from Covid 19. Room was clean but extremely hot so it will take awhile for it to cool down which will lessen our sleep. Before hater hate, we had an emergency that prevented us from checking in early to cool room down for more rest.

Clean, bare bones room. No hair dryer.

The room was fine. It had a misty smell due to no circulation. I wish that it had shampoo since I left mine at home.

Looks like an old motel 6, it is ON THE OUTSIDE, inside is renovated, and very comfortable.

Room was clean and updated. Check in was fast and efficient with a friendly staff. It was a Motel 6 so you don't expect a lot for a budget room, so I was happy with the stay which was just an overnight of 8 hours and a price of $70.

Everything was perfect except the wash clothes. They are like sandpaper.

Price was reasonable.

Clean, no-frills hotel at a great price. I just needed a place to sleep and shower, and this place was great. Thanks!

Happy to find a pet friendly place to stay. Check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, but they didn’t tell us that they only had coffee at the office between six and 10. And there was nothing so probably won’t stay there again.
