Some questionable people hanging out in parking lot around vehicles and smoking the pipes. The smell in the hallways and rooms was not pleasant.

Toilet was loose from floor, shower curtain curtain didnt close, microwave didnt heat properly, air conditioner didnt cool properly, and on the second night of our stay, the elevator was out of order for several hours and we were on the 3rd floor. Instead of calling out emergency maitenence repair it, they worked on it themselves. Im handicapped, and ended up having to struggle up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. Not a happy customer!!🙄

This was a must stop due to the length of drive. It was not the cleanest hotel, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. It was barely worth $75. I don't usually give poor reviews, but this was pretty gross.

When I arrived on property there was a party happening in the parking lot (corn hole boards, multi-speaker stereo system, a fire pit, an assortment of indoor and outdoor furniture, etc.) that I was later informed were friends of the maintenance man, not guests. I was on the third floor and the music and drunken hollering was so loud that I could feel the bass while laying down. I did speak to someone at the front desk who did not want to interact with the party guests as they “know the maintenance guy” but said she would “try to do something about it”. This continued until well after 10pm with residual furniture still out in the lot this morning. I wish I could post pictures and videos here of these shenanigans. Will be requesting a refund for the stay.

There was a mildew smell the moment we walked into the lobby. Partly it was due to the door to the pool area was open, and a fan was blowing in that area. Then when we opened the door to our room, it had a terrible smile of moist mildew, and there is black mildew in the tub and on the shower curtain, the toilet was having problems, not filling up and continually running

The place was funky smell and stained on the cover

Breakfast was awful. Some old dry cereal, out of date orange juice, and some waffle batter. Unsatisfactory!

Check in was OK and need accomodate our service dogs. The rooms were confortable and everything seem to work. But the breakfast was suppose to me from 6:30 to 9:00 and when got down there at 8:30 there was not bowls for cereal. Only waffle could be made. There was no attendant or anyone at the front desk to ask for help.

Room was dirty and smelled of what dog.

Hotel was sketchy people were sketchy just not the best stay. Staff was screaming at the people in the room next to us in the middle of the night.

The hotel smelled like old cigarette smoke and our room had dirty sheets and the bathroom was dirty.
