Very clean property and a very nice pool and large hot tub was very enjoyable

I did not like the location of this property In an industrial area TV did not work and we wanted to rest and watch football very pricey for what you get would not stay here again

Smelled like sewer and room wasn’t very clean. Not great for the price.

Only given 1 towel for 2 of us. No breakfast.

Nice place and spacious clean room

Terrible Hotel!!! It deserves a negative rating to say the least!!! Extremely disappointing especially for the price! If we could do it over, we would have asked for a refund! I would not recommend staying here- we had to switch rooms 3x. Our first room had wet carpet which was not discovered until my wife's socks absorbed it up. Our second room had a broken fold out couch - we were told they would get an order in for maintenance to fix it (which didn't happen). After showing the maintenance man how it was broken, we moved again. The 3rd room had a leak under the sink which was discovered when the provided dryer was wet. Everything was falling apart including unstable furniture, toilet seats, leaking sink, broken slanted fold out couch. Even the coffee pot was so dirty we had to request it to be cleaned. Staying here was a bust for sure!

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was busy talking on her personal cell phone. She was so distracted that she didn't input our room keys correctly, so we had to go back downstairs to have the problem fixed. Then our air conditioner unit was making weird noises all night. It wasn't a pleasant stay for us

Our stay at Cambria was very disappointing to say the least. We didn’t have ANY housekeeping at all, even when we complained and were promised housekeeping, no one showed up. We basically had to do our own. We had to go get our own towels/cloths, coffee, empty our own trash….everything. Also, no free breakfast, that’s a bummer. With the cost of the room per night you expect housekeeping and complimentary breakfast.

Room was great, for the price, it would be nice to have some kind of breakfast included

We were looking for a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. Cambria was great, the staff was very helpful and the room comfortable.

Booked this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled. The hotel was super accommodating, sending the shuttle to pick us up at the airport and providing us with an early check in. As we didn’t have any transportation, the hotel restaurant and airport shuttle service was very convenient. Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The only recommendation would be to switch out the older style lamps for ones that provide charging capabilities. The outlets were full near the bedside and the others weren’t anywhere near the beds. Would recommend this hotel.

It was close to a great hamburger diner and away from the seedy downtown area. Felt safe.

Overall, the room was fine, and I slept comfortably. The problem was with the hotel restaurant, which purports to be full-service. It was an unmitigated disaster. Approximately 2/3 of the menu items for dinner and several menu items for breakfast were unavailable. The service was substandard, especially at breakfast the second morning of my stay. Even though I had been served coffee in a mug the first morning, I was told the second morning that I had to get my own coffee. The disposable cup was the smallest I have ever seen. The available lids did not match so I had to drink my coffee without one. I ordered pancakes with a side order of bacon. The server brought the bacon without the pancakes. When I asked about 10 minutes later where the pancakes were, the server blamed the cook. It turns out the server, who was new, had not properly entered the order. Whatever the cause(s) of these problems might be, the hotel needs to fix them or close the restaurant. While the hotel gave me a voucher for breakfast the first morning because of the unavailability of most menu items at dinner the night before and they didn't charge me for the disastrous breakfast the second morning, all I wanted was good service, not freebies because of bad service.

Service at the restaurant was very poor. We actually were not waited on and got up and left.

Stayed here for “bucket list trip” to see MT Rushmore/ Custer National Park and surrounding areas. Location was convenient. House Keeping Service at the hotel can be improved. Had to ask for towels to be refreshed, brought just towels, but not wash cloths, hand towels., NO trash can liners. Asked for them, but they did not put them in the trash cans. Did NOT replenish Coffee/Tea/Condiments in the room. Had to go downstairs to get coffee at the “stand” located in the “pricy” restaurant. Lots of “construction workers” were staying in this property and they tracked in dirt/mud. Guy cleaning the rug just could not get it clean. Might want to consider placing rubber mats outside for those to use before walking in the hotel. I understand everyone is trying to cut costs and do their part to protect/improve the environment, but if you want repeat customers, better spend the money on the “little things”. When I searched for hotels the price was less than nearby competitors and thought we would give this chain a try. I have certainly learned a valuable lesson, you get what you pay for. If ever in the area again, I will stay with my usual hotel chain.

Clean and nice. Staffing could use some training. Bartender did not know wine from beer but we were patient and understanding. He was in a job he wasn’t trained for.

Comfortable beds!

The location was good. But my experience was no so good because the Air conditioning unit had intermittent operation. I’m a hot sleeper so this is very important to me. I asked the front desk to look at it and they said they sent a maintenance person, but it did not improve my experience for the night. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Everything was nice except our reception the first night.Also when we talked to the hotel just before booking we were told they would give us a shuttle ride anywhere in the general area.We needed a ride to a tour about 10 minutes away.Just before we needed to leave they changed their mind and said we needed to call a taxi as the driver did not want to be bothered at 7 a.m. in the morning.

Great room

It was clean, the bed was so comfortable, the office chair seat was worn out, no holes though.

The room we stayed in was outdated and dirty. It was not at all what we expected from the picture. We did not have adequate air conditioning either night we stayed there. Air conditioner was not working properly either night. We are so unhappy!!! Will not stay in Cambria again.

Great accommodation. Very safe, convenient and wonderful staff service. Free transportation to and from the airport was great.
