Shower hot water was very weak. Limiting room cleaning to every other day was inconvenient.

I was travelling with my sister and nephew for a weekend break in Bangkok, and an apartment seemed to be the best fit for us. I found Sabai Sathorn serviced apartments mostly by accident on the booking site, but what a find!
We arrived half an hour early due to flight timing, and we intended to ask if we couls leave our luggage while we went and had lunch before returning to check in, but the reception staff was so helpful, and she went and checked to make sure the apartment was ready, then proceeded to check us in early.
The apartment was nice and clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.
The apartment building was within walking distance to a BRT station (Chong Nonsi). There were plenty of places for us to eat (halal food) in the surrounding area and there were 2 7-Elevens nearby that also had some halal food options.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The kitchen has everything to cook your own meals.
The pool is nice,too.
Overall the room was ok. Our room was clean but old and the aircon was freezing one rooms while heating the other.

Very tight space in a 2 bedrooms unit but located in the city. Easy to go anywhere with sky train stations nearby. Parking is not so great but it was expected in this area. There are a few steps up to the hotel reception which should be mentioned on the list. We had quite a few so it was a mission to get up and down. Pool is lquite run down with broken trim all around but we had a good dip to freshen up after a long flight. No breakfast but you can find may food stalls around and 7-elen is just around the corner. Staff is great and helpful with directors.

I did not like that there is only cleaning service every 2 days the reciption lady said that they mentioned it in the time we booked the room but it was false. The cafe there has some good food.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Very convenient with a 5 min walk to the BTS. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tons of food options nearby. Would definitely come back again.

They were renovating at the time so it wasn't perfect, but staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean with everything needed. Great location too with ready access to BTS. A comfortable and enjoyable start

This is a return stay at Sabai Sathorn. This time round, the rooms are cleaner (housekeepers did a good job) and they are making efforts to upgrade and renovate the rooms. We were assigned a smaller room this time as the usual rooms we stayed were under upgrading works.
We enjoy the excellent location and district here. My kids love the bathtub and netflix available on TV.
Service at the reception was great as they help to liaise with laundry and my online purchases.
There is free parking on the premises which is ideal as we drive a car. However, it would be better without the mosquitoes at the basement.
We can’t wait to stay here again in the upgraded rooms when we return.

Great apartment and the 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The room was very comfortable with a kitchen area including full size fridge and they gave us free water bottles every other day when they cleaned the room. The swimming pool on the roof was lovely and also very quiet with sun-beds. The spa was also on the top floor and very reasonable (350 for 1hr Thai or foot massage and 700 for an aromatherapy massage), my mother in law and husband both had a massage without having to book. The coffee shop on the ground floor is convenient and has a small choice for breakfast otherwise there are a few cafes in walking distance. There are 2 7Elevens on the next blocks and Chong Nonsi and Saint Louis stations both within a 10 minute walk.

An Absolutey wonderful stay.
The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Sky Train line. Getting to the hotel from airport consists of sky train the whole way (2 stops to change in the stations) but can be done within an hour. 1 stop west and you get to the City Express boat down on the river, to tour all temples and palaces etc.
Transport was very convenient.
The pool facilities are great, clean and very pretty. Lovely views of the skyscrapers surrounding for a city experience.
Coffee shop within the complex serves good and cheap coffee’s and snack.

Pretty good! I have not nothing negative to say. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. Air-condition is working well. Pool and massage very nice too. Location alright with lots of eating places.

Anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Bangkok, I highly recommend this place. Extremely friendly staff, very nice rooms, great amenities (rooftop pool was super relaxing), excellent location (near Chang Nosi train stop, and right beside the King Power Mahanakhon Building), with a great price. And the 7-11 is the next street over.

It is conveniently located, and clean. Room configuration is great for larger family. Property is a bit outdated though. The pool area, in particular, is a bit hazardous as it is slippery when wet and with some broken deck boards that are insecure.

Backpacker hostels are cleaner than thos hotel. Cleaning every 2nd day only. Sabai is a decent budget accommodation with good space, reasonable price, nice pool. But it’s dated and feels more like a budget apartment with mops and buckets in the hallways. I decided to move after two nights mainly because no view and poor WiFi.
