Trim of shower was a little gunky but otherwise nice.

Every one was super nice except our host in the breakfest area. Overall nice hotel and very clean. A big wedding party rented out the second floor for a wedding reception and I didnt hear a thing!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. What I didn't like is, we paid for a breakfast buffet that was pretty much what other hotels offer free of charge. Nothing special about the food offerings for $12.99 a person. My daughter and her family stayed at another hotel nearby and received more food offerings and was free.

Booked the one bedroom suite and the rooms were huge. Assistant Manager did an excellent job with the room door lock issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay here. The location is extremely convenient to everything Davenport/Bettendorf has to offer. The spa and pool were great! We recommend staying here.

It was very clean and it was very comfortable. Just disappointed that the hot tub was not working.

Bottles of shower items were empty, but were quickly replaced with a call to the front desk. Our hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. The area felt a little run down and certain amenities were broken (hot tub).

The staff here are wonderful, both day and night. The room is very clean, but you can tell that there is a little bit of deferred maintenance starting to taking place especially in the bathroom. I do have a room that is assessable however, the toilet is too low. I was not expecting that and it startled me.

The property exceeded our expectations. Although it was our initial stay there, we were thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodations were particularly noteworthy. The front desk staff, especially the individual I spoke with this morning regarding a late checkout request, demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism. We will undoubtedly choose this establishment again for future stays.

When we arrived Thursday night/Friday morning at 12:30, the computer system was down. Fortunately we were still able to get our room. Evidently, there was a nationwide IT outage. At one point on Saturday night, there were kids knocking on our door and running off. The front desk was quick to take care of it! The shower water was barely warm.

Clean hotel. A bit overpriced. Strange thing happened. The TV in the room was very dark and could not be brightened. Called front desk and they said ours was not the first complaint and they couldn’t increase the brightness. They said we could complain to mgmt. what????

The hotel itself is gorgeous looking inside and out! Loved how nice and clean the room was. The breakfast wasn’t the best though as the food was pretty meh. Don’t like the fact we can’t get our own drinks and waited forever for refills. We will definitely stay there again next year but will pass on paying extra for the breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The customer service was excellent and everyone was helpful. The only downside was that the food at the J Bar was not good and the hot tub was not hot enough. Other than that, we would stay there again when visiting family again.

We stayed here this past weekend for a little mini vacation with our kids. It was perfect - the room was larger than we expected, great dining options with a restaurant right in the hotel, and we loved the pool and hot tub. We will book again if we make a trip to Davenport again!

The hotel has great parking with access into the building from the front and back where most of the parking lot was located. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Even having a room located across from the pool it was fairly quiet.

The staff there were super friendly. Breakfast was good but I wish there was a little more variety. The hotel was very clean and nice but I wish there was a microwave in the room. Didn’t like the tv too much because it was dim. But other than that, great jacuzzi and tub! Also, great amenities.
