Overall ok for a budget getaway , close to surfers paradise. However , you are expected to clean out after your stay, throw away rubbish etc. No room service in the 2 days we stayed.

All the equipments are old. The sofa is dark Grey in color and seems dirty. The beds are soft and lack of support.

Very expensive for the conditions, also the pool was empty for resurfacing and there was no notification about this when booking. Will not stay again and dont recommend

For the price we paid and the condition of the property. Was a rip off I believe the place needs a major renovation

Very disappointed

Overall was okay. Covers on second and third bed in room were covered in sand. We dusted them off and got on with it as the reception was closed on arrival. Location is great. Staff is friendly.

Great service and room is spacious

Older but homely. Manager was friendly & helpful. Stairs were the main problem as we're in our mid 70's. Fruends at Mantra Circle on Cavil paid less per day than we did.

Needs more attention to cleanliness

Everything was great, except my fan and aircon didnt work. Only annoyed me one evening so its no big drama.

Really enjoyable place to stay at. All the comforts needed when relaxing for a holiday.

The property is in a great location - less than a block from the beach and a short walk to Cavill Ave. It is also very close to the tram line. The room itself and general housekeeping needs some attention; paint was peeling from the walls, the bathroom and bedroom flyscreens needs to be replaced as there are holes in them. There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom sink and large stains on the blankets in the wardrobe. We stayed for a week and were not provided with any laundry liquid/powder. The decor of the room seemed like we were given the leftovers from someone's home. A very shabby chaise that gave me hives every time I sat on it, an old couch with a removable cover (I didn't dare remove), ratten and glass kitchen table and coffee table. We also only had 4 teabags and 4 sachets of sugar - these were not replenished during our stay. The person at the reception desk was friendly when we checked in and out. Unfortunately, we will not be back as the price is too high for the poor quality of the room itself. It looks like management is doing the bare minimum when considering their guests' stay. You can find many other options for the same price with better amenities.

The unit and grounds were very clean and tidy. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Lovely property - the staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities including the BBQ area and the pool were well maintained and clean and tidy. The apartment had plenty of space, and while there was no air con in the bedrooms there were fans and air con in the lounge. Loved it and would definitely stay again. It was close to shops and the beach. I was travelling with teenagers and they loved it too

Fabulous little block that was nice and quiet and still super close to everything. Easy walk everywhere. Security garage was a bonus with ample parking. Lovely and ever so helpful management.

Although a little dated, it was in a great location and was comfortable and had great hot water supply for shower. Laundry was an added bonus.

Where to start. Not communicated that check in closed at 3pm. Like what, it's holiday season. When we arrived the room was by far from clean. All of the cutlery, pots and pans were dirty. There was a vety nasty wet smell in the room as well, so we could't unpack our luggage. Very very loud, like so much noise from all the slamming doors. Beds were uncomfortable. Small tv and sofa was like falling apart by the look of it.

Bed bugs, flooding and they never even offered a credit voucher. Awful, awful, awful management - no idea how to run a hotel. Shower was so bad we asked if we could change rooms, they said no, the next day the room flooded with rain water, they moved us. The new room had bed bugs. Simply a terribly managed hotel. Stay somewhere else!!!

The apartment was very clean and close to the centre of Surfers Paradise and 1 minute away from the beach. Great parking underneath. Communication with management was good - welcome email the week before our trip.

There were obviously renovations ongoing but the only real disappointment was the shower only ran at a very low volume and to get a reasonable temperature was difficult

This place was a horror show. We had to change rooms because our first one was so dirty and smelled of smoke. Even the second room was dirty and the bathroom was mouldy. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the hotel management did not properly fence off the areas under maintenance or clean up any of the mess. Building debris and materials were left everywhere and the pool fencing had been unbolted which could allow a young child to get into the pool area unsupervised. Although the hotel management informed us of the renovations, they did not specify that the pool, spa and BBQ facilities would be unavailable and they did not let us know that it would be unsafe place to stay for our eighteen month old son. Access to the secure parking area was covered in rubbish and unsafe. We even found a used syringe left laying on the ground of the "secure parking area". Hotel management were terrible to deal with and did not address any of our concerns. They blamed the unsafe environment on their builders even though we informed them that they are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests.

Location with perfect and includes parking. Sandy on the desk was lovely and very helpful, appreciated her extra effort in helping us. Very reasonably priced and great value for money.
