Address used in search is Ortigas Ctr but it’s inside San Antonio Village. Only found out after I paid and it’s non refundable! Otherwise I won’t use! Double bed looks like full size cuz I know very well the difference. AC unit sucks in our room, no AC in the hallway and no hot water shower! will not recommend this hotel due to luck of amenities and poor conditions! The only service they excel is getting be a Grab service to/from, but all the are sub par!

We booked for a Deluxe Twin Room last Aug 26, 2017. We chose a more higher prized room at 2,004.00 expecting that it would be a better room with 2 double beds, when we arrived there were only 2 single beds. There were 5 of us so I complained to the staff and demand action. No manager on site, the staff said she texted the manager for appropriate action but until we checked out the next day, nothing has been done to correct the situation. We were all uncomfortable with the stay, very disappointed and unsatisfied. And another thing in the morning while we were still sleeping, a housekeeping staff just went into our room without letting us know and permission disturbing our sleep and surprising us, a somewhat lapse in security and safety. I would not come back again to stay in this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it also. I suggest better find a much better hotel with much attentive and caring staff than this hotel, and also truthful on the rooms that they would provide. Paid for a Deluxe Twin room supposed to be with two double beds as described but got two single bedded room instead and no compensatory nor corrective action was made. I would never book for a room from this hotel again as their descriptions were deceiving. Charged to experience.

This was the second time I have stayed at Studio 18. It is located close to major shopping and restaurants, not quite walking distance, but a short taxi ride. The location is Super Safe, being in a very good neighborhood, with its own guards on the gates and its own fire department. The only down side I would mention is that finding the gates, and the roads in the general vicinity, are a little confusing, but the hotel at least provides a map you can give to your taxi driver. The presentation of the hotel is that of a modest 2 star facility, but the rooms are in satisfactory condition, and things in the rooms, such as beds, tv, air con, closet space, bath room, are all fairly new and well maintained. The hotel staff is very accommodating, and available throughout the day and evening. Probably the best thing I can say is that this hotel is a very good value for its location, and will afford a practical visitor with comfort, quiet, and an overall pleasant stay.

The room was OK, well furnished, maybe too much for the space. It looked crawded. Air con was quite noisy. Bed was decent and clean (but do not look under it). Cable TV had only a few channels. Acceptable internet. Basic bathroom but good shower. Breakfast: nice to have some options in the building althought he service starts late (7.30, apparently with some flexibility upon request). The quality of the food is average though. It is a good value for many, but I would not stay there for long stays.

I would call this more of a managed residence than a hotel. Though the place was somewhat dated, it still is a comfortable place to get needed time to rest for the night. Access is a bit cumbersome, but, anyone would feel safe with everyone coming and out of the village where the hotel was located at is checked. One way in and the only way out, after 10 pm. And, the price is reasonable. It would be nice if an iron/ironing board, and hair drier is available at no extra charge.

This is a small hotel which makes for a more personal and friendly service experience. It certainly far exceeds expectations considering the category it is listed under. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and large. It is very convenient for surrounding shopping malls and restaurants and has a nice roof deck for breakfasts. It is not the Ritz, but it is far from a dump small . The only criticism may be that the young male cleaning staff tend to use the rooms as their group hangouts lounging on the guest beds in their dirty work clothes watching TV and using their mobile devices making for slow Internet issues on the local access point if they in a nearby room to you. If they were to sort this I would have made it 5 out of 5 and not 4 out of 5 for its category of hotel.

This is a very nice hotel for its star rating, probably deserves an extra star. It is in a safe and secure gated village. Convenient to Malls and Restaurants, staff very friendly and helpful. Inside the village are some rather nice, cheap local eateries too that are quite ok.

It was ok, not as pleased for the room, just had to use the none refundable reservation! Or else i could've move to a different one.

we spent 2 nights here while on business in Manila. hotel is located inside a walled gated subdivision, very, very safe, with strict security guards on the gate 24 hrs. hotel is a little difficult to find, even for taxi drivers, so be sure to carry the little map provided by hotel. rooms are small but well appointed, all that any business visitor would need. clean, no odor, all appointments are new. staff provides as much free bottled water, towels, free coffee, and toilet tissue that you need. convenience store within easy walking distance. staff on call 24 hrs. free wifi, but we didn't use it. we'll be sure to stay there again when in Pasig.

Only complaint was the internet which was not working most of the time we were there. But do understand that this was not the fault of the hotel as the problem was with the provider. The only other challenge was most of the gates going into the gated community (which by the way was great for our sense of security) were closed by 11 pm which meant a longer walk from anywhere in Ortigas to the only 2 24-hour gates.

Hotel located in a residential area, which is a big area with 3~4 gate for entry, but after 11pm, only 1 gate open, and you need to walk all the way around the area to find the only open gate, very painful. Hotel is in average condition, size is good, air con is good, water is hot, just a bit of smell in the toilet, but overall acceptable..
