I stayed three nights in Vienna, visiting the opera and a couple of the art galleries. This is a very nice hotel located in the historic centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location! Pillows were perfect and the room very clean. The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were incredibly friendly. This is an old pensione with no air conditioning, but wonderful!

There was a hair dryer which is broken and the bed condition was really bad. The worst thing was a woman in the breakfast restaurant who was a kinda racist, which was the bad memory about Austia and Austrians in my journey.

The room was not special, the breakfast is pretty good. The local is out of control excellent, right in the center of the main tourist attractions.

This is a great old property with creaky floors and small doors. But I loved the experience. The room was clean and airy, the staff is nice and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to the chaos but just far enough from it to be peaceful in our room. I would recommend if you don’t require a new perfectly renovated hotel.

The room did not had Aircondition, when the window was open, it was very noisy from the street. The booking I made through hotels.com and I am a gold member , asked for late check out which was not a problem
For 100 euro which I gave up knowing that it should be a benefit and charged.

No air conditioning, bathroom very small and hard to maneuver, difficult to get to the room when managing suitcases. Good location, buffet staff was great,as was the reception staff.

Good location in city center only minutes from St Stephens. Staff extremely helpful. An older hotel with courtyard but renovated and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet.

Fantastically located within central Vienna, the hotel is ideal for short stays. Very clean and staff are friendly. The room is basic, however, it is was ideal for us as we only needed a convenient location and clean space to stay.

This hotel is totally run down. Elevator does or work. Hairdryer did not work. Paint is pealing carpets are worn out and greasy. My pillow was lumpy and very old. When I took the cover off, it was covered in gross yellow stains. This is below any sanitary standards. Location is fine. But the hotel is disgrace.

Perfect location right in the heart of Vienna close to the palace and opera house. Family room was perfect for the four of us. Wonderful breakfast. Only wish the pullout couch was a bit more comfortable.

This beautiful hotel makes you feel like a princess. It has the true feel of old Vienna...elegant and comfortable. It is close to everything you want to do... Museums, Spanish Riding School, the Opera, the Philharmonic, and places to eat. It is clean and the staff is very nice. As a retired hospitality industry employee, I am darn picky. I am very impressed and look forward to my next visit to Vienna. We will definitely be staying there again. I have actually sent friends Pertschy Palais Hotel's information! Thank you for a wonderful, yet too short stay.

Superb historical property, ideally situated between the Hofburg and Graben/Stefansdom in the centre of Vienna. Excellent spacious room with a private shared lobby/lounge and library outside the room itself. Unlimited coffee. tea or hot chocolate available at all times in the hotel lobby. Really friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast (English as well as Continental). We will definitely return!!!

The location of the hotel is superb. A block from the Hopsburg Palace, Spanish Riding School, with shopping and dining nearby. The reception area, bathrooms and breakfast were very nice, but our rooms could use a coat of paint and some updating because the chipped paint was the primary feature of the room and surrounding area. The receptionist said it best "we're a bread and breakfast, not a hotel" even though that's what the sign says. The amenities are limited. Even so, we were happy with our stay and would return again.

The location was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Room was a great size but looked very tired. The young lady at the front desk was not attentive at all and really needs to be re trained in customer service. Overall the location trumps all the other short comings.
