I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and resort is beautiful. There is a little wear and tear in the hotel that need refreshing but overall it’s great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt, and overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service stood out as one of the hotel's strongest points—staff were attentive, courteous, and always eager to assist, making us feel truly valued as guests. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel reflected a high standard of quality. However, I would like to suggest a few minor improvements that could elevate the guest experience even further. Paying closer attention to the small details, such as cleaning the hallways with high pressure from time to time, would maintain the pristine look that the rest of the hotel boasts. Additionally, repairing the few dents in the walls would ensure that every corner of the property reflects the high standard it aspires to. Overall, Hyatt offers a fantastic stay with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. With just a bit more attention to these small details, it could easily become a perfect getaway for any traveler. I look forward to visiting again and seeing these enhancements in place.

Overall we had a great stay but room service definitely wasn't the best. Even after requesting new towels, we didn't get any and our floors were not cleaned even once

We found a huge cockroach in our room and noticed that they never clean the swimming pool (we stayed 5 nights). It’s good location to access to the center of Playa del Carmen and view is good.

Wonderful structure, impressive architecture and very caring staff. An amazing hotel.

Checkin was not optimum i have asked for connecetd rooms during my reeervation and wrote it cleaely thru expedia but when i arrived they denied and asked for extra to satisfy our request !
