Great location. Easy walk to cafes and shops. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very dated with one wardrobe smelling very musty.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Other than new carpet, still in 70s style and could do with an update. Otherwise it was great.

Main beach is just actoss the road, Surfers Paradise is just 2.3kms away, Tedder Avenue is just blocks away. The view from the high floor is amazing, property is clean, old building but well maintained, well secured and good WiFi. Highly recommended and we are definitely coming back.

Property was in good condition. Only issue was that there was a very bad odour near the kitchen area which was not pleasant at all.

When I checked in and reminded her, she questioned why I would need that. Also don't dare to say your unit doesn't look like photos. She immediately goes on the attack and is ready to kick you out in 10 min if you prefer to cancel through Expedia. It was Friday 4pm and my husband didn't want to look for another place. I booked through this site and didn't have the opportunity to choose a unit, this was it, but she insisted that I booked a "standard" unit and can't expect "luxury" as per the name of the units on Expedia. This unit a dated, 3 star unit in a great location, nothing more. It was neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the end after I made peace for paying nearly $340 per night for it.

Great location, pre-booking communication was great with a late check-in. Easy to get to transport and short walk to Tedder Avenue

Truly fantastic experience from start to finish.Staff went out of their way to help us and ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The apartment was absolutely amazing, spacious and inviting with fabulous views all round. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be staying here again if I come back to the area. This is first time ever in my life see an accomodation for 275$ per night with this quality ! From first hour I find out this is ripped off place. No staff at 4pm ! No remote for parking ! No aircon no ceiling fan work inside apartment ! The manager is rude and ask to get out the hotel! She insulting us! I was with family and kids that worst stay! Thanks Expedia for relocating me Called the police as I get locked in bathroom at midnight! So if you like to be turtured and get headaches choose this place They sent fake images to Expedia. This is not 4+ apartment. I would say 1 star one. Check the images and see how they cheating travellers.

New construction blocks views of the ocean on lower floors. Furniture in living space was oversized and table dining table very wobbly. Apartment was dated. Pictures looked much nicer than the real life version. Kitchen was well equipped for family meal preparation. Location was out of the hustle and bustle. Public transport very close.

Very disappointed that internet not provide as stated , apartment very tired broken blinds ect . Would not stay again .

Lovely older style hotel with large living area and great views from the 9th floor. Great balcony, large kitchen that was fully equipped with everything you could want, great lounge suite and full foxtel available. Beds a little uncomfortable but for the price we paid it was fabulous. We saw whales from our apartment balcony through binoculars, walked to Tedder Ave and the surf club. Great location a little out from surfers paradise but close enough to walk to everywhere. We loved this place and would stay again.

not enough blankets, Reception bit arrogant. Bathrooms need to update.All other things are fine.

Initial issues with broken a/c and WiFi were quickly resolved by very friendly staff who were always ready to help. Very comfortable apartment with everything you could need, and a good pool. Very enjoyable stay.

This property is in a wonderful location with very large apartments - the re-furb is a good one (just the en-suite in original condition) Good facilities & good on-site management. Would recommend & also stay again.

Our stay was great but our apartment was looking old and tired and needed some renovating. The views are amazing though and it is well located for the beach and restaurants.

Great family holiday in Main Beach just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of surfers paradise. Room was fantastic great view from 15th floor and very clean and comfy. Loved this hotel will definitely stay there again. Owner Helen was great highly recommend.
