Clean, comfortable, and run size was big!

The front desk employees were very friendly. The room was nice & clean. The beds were too hard for us. Great location. Resturants & activities are within walking distance. We would stay there again.

The parking is really bad not enough spaces also people parking in lot without pass and no one towing vehicles so we were told to park on other side of hotel across street !!

We always stay at this location when we visit gatlinburg and are usually happy. This time we had a blip when we checked in and it took longer than needed especially after a long drive. Also, the breakfast was slacking a little. The French toast was hard and inedible. No yogurt, or bananas. The line was always out of something. We only saw 1 person and that is too much for 1 person to handle. Happy they had over flow parking but we should always be able to park on property. We also paid a lot for this weekend we usually book 2 rooms but it was too expensive.

Not enough parking for their guests. Had to park down the street. Lights coming through window at night even with drawn curtains. Staff loud in the early morning.

Was great for a family getaway, very close to the shops, restaurants, and all the fun activities! Room was very clean and comfortable!

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, but zero housekeeping service unless specifically requested on a daily basis. Not even clean towels unless you went to the front desk and requested them. This is absurd.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was also very accommodating. Breakfast had a large selection. The inn was very covenient to the convention center.

After finding that I was not happy and gave them a bad review, they did offer to change our room, but we had already been their two days. Room needs fumigated or something before using it again.

It was a decent, low budget room to stay in. The ac didn’t work well. Even on a very cool day/evening, it wouldn’t cool the room down well.

The hotel is in the process of being remodeled, which is great for future guests!!..However, the pool being closed and the musty smell which permeated the hallway and our room, caused me to consider other accommodations but scented candles and nose blindness is all I can say that alleviated that a little bit. My point is, they shouldve let people know the pool was closed so they could've made other arrangements if the pool being closed was a deal breaker.

Just a few inconveniences - back entry door was broken and could not be used for access from parking area. The elevator floor was in poor disrepair. The toilet in our room screamed when it was flushed. And most irritating was the selection of TV channels was terribly poor, with no options for occupants to log in to get a better channel selections. This was reported to front desk, but actual complaint was ignored and a TV channel list was provided for viewing. Not on a separate sheet. The channel numbers didn’t correspond with the few channels that were actually available. Most channels purported to be available were blocked out.

The location of the hotel is great for walking into downtown Gatlinburg. The room is average to any other typical hotel, nothing unique or fancy. The breakfast was definitely below average with no meat option other than dried out, elementary style chicken patties. Our TV never worked, but we didn’t seek assistance in fixing it. The parking was our biggest issue. If for any reason the parking lot at the hotel is full, you can’t park in any of the surrounding lots for fear of being towed. The permitted overflow parking lot for the hotel is 2 blocks away, unlit and extremely unsecured. Outside of that, if you just need a place to crash, it’s not the worst.

I tried to cancel this reservation because we both ended up with Covid. I tried calling, texting, emailing but was not able to do so. I think I am done with Expedia. Too difficult to get to speak to anyone to get any assistance.

Parking lot was small but it was in a small area. However, it’s proximity to the Gatlinburg strip was well worth the stay.

Off the main street of Gatlinburg so a little less chaotic but walkable to everything food and entertainment wise. Staff at front desk were very kind and respectful. Very calm and helpful. Cookies upon arrival. Free parking and wifi. The room was very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding (hot food, fruit). This was the best place we have ever stayed for the price. Easy access to GSMNP. Our family was very happy and this place deserves 10 stars.

This is not a typical country inn & suites- horrible run down unsafe location - pool broken since January- 2nd floor carpet and halls were disgusting. Main floor and breakfast was good. Staff super friendly & helpful. Very little parking- we only stayed 1 night and then moved to different hotel.

Came back to hotel one evening and there weren't any parking spots for me to use. Should put numbers on parking spots and numbered cards to customers to put in their cars.
