Wonderful love HB

Room was clean. Walking distance to beach and to downtown. Hotel is under construction as well as next door, no courtesy notice of this. Construction noises next door started as early as 7am.

if you stay here be prepared to pay 15 bucks a night for parking I’m not sure how people can rate this a 10! the staff was arrogant. The location was great but do urself a favor save your money and pick another place

The air conditioning was horrible the room was so hot.

Room was nasty sheets were stained they made me pay for parking and parking was full no refund

Although the property is being remodeled, the design is really nice and has great potential. Can't wait to stay there again

Our 3rd floor oceanfront room was mediocre at best. The partial view of the ocean was nice. The traffic noise of PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) was absolutely horrible until late at night. Our king bed was old and too firm and the pillows were extra small and lumpy. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The sliding glass doors to the balcony got stuck. There is only a cheap small aluminum rack to hang clothes and no dresser with drawers. Overall, the hotel looks and feels old and tired. Signs indicate remodeling in progress, but are several years old. Ownership needs to upgrade the rooms and property. Booked last minute to attend a business conference nearby, but should have looked elsewhere.

Location was amazing. Property under construction and was noisy 9am Saturday morning so couldn't sleep in. Amenities showed microwave no microwave in room. Pillows were extremely soft not very supportive bed was firm but not uncomfortable. Blankets were very thin almost like having 2 sheets. All that being said i would definitely stay again just for location.

Everything was good. The stay would have been even better if I had a balcony.

Location is great. Other than that this is a motel 6 with a different name. Nasty carpet and cheap thin blankets. Not worth $200 a night

It was an excellent overnight trip to the beach. Everything is within walking distance so this is my go to when in the area.

Had to wait a long time for the person at the front desk. Also, they taped did not work. There was throw up in the elevator and was left there for a very long time with nobody to clean it up and there was construction going on outside.

Don't believe the pictures you see. We got in late- probably 10:30-10:45 PM. Stood in the "lobby" for 10-15 minutes before someone finally came around the corner. The paid parking is underneath the facility and the stairwells are like something out of a horror film. No sort of amenities, no breakfast, nothing. I asked if we could get a couple extra pillows and they told me right to my face they have zero extra pillows available. There were a few placards around the front desk saying they were under construction and remodeling, which was apparent. Then I read the bottom of the notice and it was from 2022. A bankruptcy waiting to happen.

We ALWAYS stay at this property. Since they have been doing the renovations, the rooms are much nicer than before. This time we were on the second floor, we loved this room best. Love the built in closet and storage. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Haven’t stayed in an old room for a very long time so I can’t speak on those. We will continue to stay here for majority of our beach trips. Way too convenient, price is reasonable, great location. BOOK IT!!!

I would like to say overall the experience was poor. What is wrong with the overnight staff and the morning staff , seems to have an attitude for us just being there. I didn’t ask y’all to work there, so don’t take it out on the customers when choosing this property

Had construction in the room above me at 8am. I pay to sleep there, poor management, start work as the guests from the night before check out not when they are sleeping. Sticky stuff on my floor when I checked in. Red marks on my white towels. Water leaking everywhere in the garage Just overall not what I expected. With that said, still has such potential to be nice place

Huntington Beach Inn is one of the best locations. Only a few blocks to Main street, HB pier, and many restaurants and shopping. Safe area for walking and the beach is literally across the street. The hotel is remodeling and common areas are not complete, but how much time would you spend in the lobby? My room was fully remodeled and clean. Included a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave. I enjoyed my stay. Prices are competitive for the area. I do recommend the HB Inn.

Overall good hotel. Very good location. Hotel is in the middle of renovation so the construction sound was a bit off putting but we were aware and left during the day so it didn’t bother. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice trip. The location of the hotel was perfect. Across the street from the beach, walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops. Updated shower etc in the room too. There was construction/demolition going on right outside our balcony. Large dumpster placed close enough for us to throw our trash into and loud jack hammer beginning at 8 am. But we focused on the positive-the beautiful sunset. The work and upgrades have to get done some how and some time. We will stay again as long as the price remains low and hope that the renovations are complete

Older, doing some remodel, room clean, but parts of hotel grungy. Receptionist was okay. Just not the place I would ever choose again. No closet.

The proximity to the beach and downtown alone was worth the stay. Room was nice, and was updated, looks like they’re still renovating the property. Would stay again.
