This is an amazing hotel! Modern and clean and lots of amenities! And the location with a beautiful beach view is the best! The restaurants are fantastic and there’s lots of shopping right next door!

Great overall stay, lovely staff that did more than enough to make us feel completely taken care of. The amenities themselves could have their own review but overall 10/10. Our view of the beach was just what we wanted and we had “ocean view” not even the “ocean front”. Our room was clean and beautiful. We will 100% be trying to stay here again the next time we visit.

Arrived late for our 2 night stay and had requested a room with a bath and unfortunately there was no bath.
I asked the following morning but the hotel staff said oh yes we seen your request and that was it!

While the staff was friendly, the room service was poor. The room was not made up until after 3 and the first night and second night I had to ask to have the room made up even though I didn’t indicate otherwise. The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. Certainly not up to what this hotel bills itself as.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and spent four nights. We had a beautiful Ocean view room and were given a free cocktail at the bar when we arrived as well as a card and box of chocolates! Every staff member was personable and friendly from the front desk, bar, restaurant and pool. The location is wonderful close to the pier and Main Street with many shops and restaurants. The pool has food and bar service during the day and a fun vibe. The free bike rentals and beach butler are an added bonus!

I was there for my bday weekend! We had a wonderful preplanned breakfast and had a pool party! The entire staff was on point the whole time. The manager Rondi that check me in went above and beyond w a bday card and chocolates. The place rocked!

Perfect location close to Huntington Peir and Pacific City Mall. Walking distance to restaurants. Perfect heated saltwater pool and big hot tub with a view of the ocean! there is nothing I did not like about this hotel

This is a great property, about 1/2 mile from the pier and the active Main Street shipping, restaurant, and bars. Great staff, nice pool with adjacent pool bar with excellent servers. From check in to departure, staff were highly attentive and friendly. We will be back!

The front desk lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. We felt very welcomed from the very beginning. The pool attendants were awesome, valet was great. Everything is beautiful and clean, view from the pool is amazing. I could go on and on, we love it here. We are here dropping our daughter off for college and this will be a very special time, that we remember forever! Thank you for everything.

It was pretty disappointing for the price we paid. We are aware that we paid for the ocean front but we also expect to be able to have good sleep and unfortunately we didn’t. We were so itchy from head to toes. It was so uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait for morning to come so we can get checked out. Not sure if they got dust mites or whatever going on with their bed and pillows but it was the most uncomfortable night. We just couldn’t stop scratching. And my husband found out a few bites on his side of the tummy so definitely some kind of bugs. And for the price we paid, the TV wasn’t even working. The only good thing is the staffs are pretty friendly and the location of the hotel is pretty convenient, walkable to restaurants and stores.

Great property except for the breakfast options. Lorea’s breakfast view of the beach was amazing, but the price vs the food quality is horrible. The rest of the property is amazing though! Solid customer service from every level and the connivence of being close to everything makes this property a must stay.

I love the friendless of staff from the front desk receptionist to the housekeeping even the valet was amazing. The room was excellent more than what we expected. The view was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for an anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it. The front desk sent up a little treat for us to enjoy after check in and it was such a sweet touch. Great location and great view!
