Incredibly poor experience booked accommodation received a confirmation email followed by a conversation with the hotel Receptionist. Then when I arrived was told I didn’t have a room.
Subsequently an hour later they called back and had organised a room. Not a smooth transition and clarity of stay.

Facilities were good and close for transport and dining options plus entertainment however park across from bedroom was packed with people drinking all night plus the road noise was quite loud. The underground parking door was below the room and echoed through the room upon opening and close

The property is in a great location as we parked the car and didn't move it until we departed. The room was a little old and tired. The fans could use a good clean. The mattress was a bit hard. The property is right near the train line which meant you couldn't have the balcony door open. Other then that we did enjoy our stay.

Thought It was noisy with other guests coming and going at night, doors left to slam. Train track close could hear the trains in the early morning.

Spa was not working and is not going to be repaired by management. Chair lifter for heavy luggage and wheel chairs is not working ( for some time apparently

Carpet could do with replacing. Dryer didn’t work, we left with a big bag of wet washing. Aircons didn’t work.

The parking lot is a nightmare. Very narrow & circular. Scrapes on all gutters & walls. Would never stay there unless travelling by train.

We had a great stay but note a couple of things. Building units are pretty worn and tired. However the beds were comfortable. Also, parking garage has a height limit of 1900mm so we couldn’t use our parking spot. Limited and difficult parking near the building but we managed.

They don’t clean. cleaners use the phone, not focusing to clean. That’s why dirty.

Location is fantastic for quick access to musuem, art gallery, South Brisbane station, local shops, and the Southbank area.
Communication regarding the location of the entrance, and the bond payment/check-in process could be improved.
The staff on-site were helpful and responsive, and we were able to store luggage after check-out.
There is a mini supermarket at the next building, which is very convenient. The downside to this is that the area attracted a few loiterers who seemed to be drinking/taking substances and left messes on the footpaths.
The apartment itself had almost everything you could need for a stay. There was a full European style laundry, oven, stovetop, microwave, cleaning items, crockery, etc. There is no dining table, but plenty of chairs.
We were a bit disappointed to find the rooftop spa/hot-tub was not available at all, as it had been one of the things we were looking for.
Accessibility could be an issue for some people, as the lift to access the entrance is out of order.

Location was perfect. Walkable to city, exhibition centre and other restaurants. Quiet and pleasant. Apartment was clean and tidy. They only provided 2 towels despite having 3 guests listed. However, they quickly provided extra ones when requested. Reception is usually closed (at least during the weekend) but staff was nice and welcoming.
It did not have house keeping services which was a little disappointing. I did see it on Monday when checking out, so maybe it's only avaialble during weekdays. Overall, I'd stay here again. Recommeded.

Property is older and many minor defects in the unit. Sink plug not working, laundry door wouldn't close, a/c was very smelly, iron leaked and was unusable.

We found this property good value , walking distance to shopping & 6 minute walk to QPAC, Museum. Really reasonable for short stay or extended with kitchen & laundry facilities.

Bedding linen wasn’t changed from previous occupants as hair and particles found on sheets. Floor had drink stains so was uncleaned. Blood stain next to light switch. Sticky drink residue on lounge table. Washing in dryer. Place smelled stale. Will never stay here again

By the way, the real problem is... the bond hasn't back yet.
I stayed here on 23, April for one night and today is 5, May. The reception said that it takes about a week. But its almost 2 weeks now. My bank is Australian bank(commonwealth). I neever had this kind of problem with the other hotels.

Apartment was perfect for what I required, clean, spacious air conditioned along with fans which was fantastic. Really handy location. No issues checking in/out, wifi was a bit slow but I was only watching tv in evening. Would recommend Fleet Lane apartments, 5 min walk to Cultural Centre bus stops, Metro Woolworths and a 8 min walk to Queen St Mall.

Basic unit. Fine not good. Internet did not work the entire time I stayed and no communication from staff to help despite letting them know. I stayed on the side of the building facing the city and despite being several floors up was kept up all night from the sound of the garage door opening and closing. Maybe other units are better (of course I imagine each has its own owner and some may be better decorated or cared for than others…) The unit I stayed in was not very well cared for: carpets needed a steam clean, burn marks all over carpet, mould stains in shower grout, marks all over the walls in the living room, no coat hangers or clothes pegs provided, ironing board cover so thin I had to use a towel on it to not ruin my clothes. There were also noisy neighbours on either side of my unit - one unit played very loud music so much it was rattling their door! (although thankfully my unit door blocked most of the noise once inside). Office communication was limited at best (especially after I’d paid the security bond, not a credit card hold but a full payment that I have to wait to be refunded). Location: It is about a 5 min walk to the cultural centre so good for transport, close to Woolworths metro, coffee shops and restaurants, and the arts precinct. So location is pretty good. Car parking was available but I didn’t use. The place is acceptable but not great. If I had a choice I’d probably stay somewhere else next time -unless I could get a nicer unit and/or higher floor.

Overall it was a decent stay. Within walking distance of multiple sites and restaurants. The room was a little warn with staining on the couch/chairs but a good stay over all. My Internet stopped working after the first day but I got good cell service.

Fleet Lane Apartments provided a fantastic one-night stay for my partner and me. The accommodations were comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was delightful. Highly recommend! Plus you MUST check out Coffee Mentality, their coffee is divine.
