We were very disappointed in our stay. After reading so many wonderful reviews my husband booked this resort to celebrate my 40th birthday. When we arrived to our room the first night, I noticed a very strong smell of mold/mildew. It was late so we went ahead and “ ignored” it until the following day. We went down to the front desk where they switched us rooms. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room where the smell was even worse! We had a full day planned with reservations on the water so we didn’t have time to switch rooms a 3rd time. In the 2nd room our refrigerator was broken, which ruined a nice birthday treat my husband had delivered , our TV appeared to have a cracked screen and our AC wasn’t regulating. We arrived back to our hotel late at night so we decided to tough it out and leave early the following day (6am because we couldn’t sleep) it was probably one of the worst resort rooms we have ever been to! Also be aware the area surrounding the resort is pretty sketchy. Lots of police activity near all the mobile home parks. We would not recommend staying here.

At first the desk was going to charge us $40 per night for a room upgrade. We had to show the website booking to prove we were eligible for free upgrade.

The hotel itself was nice. There were lots of pools to choose from and the room had a lovely view. However, we were charged twice for the security deposit on arrival and when we questioned this no one could tell us why. There is also the unexpected parking fee at the end which is A LOT! The surrounding area was also not great.

Absolutely beautiful property. The pools-grounds are beautifully maintained. The restaurant was very nice and the food was great. The restaurant staff were very helpful and accomadating with helping me surprise my nieve for her birthday. I brought in a cake from another bakwry and they stored and served it for me, which was awesome. Only problem i had was that out of 3 full days there- my room was only cleaned on the 1st day, which was disappointing. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

The property is so pretty and nice it was honestly great but the only thing I didn't like was that the servers barely come by the pool to serve or see about drinks. The restaurant is INSANELY priced. I travel and stay at expensive and less expensive places and those prices were just crazy. Me & my bf had a croissant with 2 mimosas and a cinnamon roll and the check was $60 . Also the cinnamon roll was not good it needs to be sweeter I wish I would have gave them that feedback at the restaurant. Other than that the stay was great.

We checked in and there was a big mix up on which credit card they billed to. Bothe of my cards were billed. I was charged more than what was on my Expedia bill. So it put my card over the limit. They then billed my other card to the same amount. I had told them to not use that card for the room. Finally the evening manager said it was all taken care of. I was relieved since this was our anniversary trip we had been planning, boy was I wrong my cards, were both billed multiple times causing issues with me being able to use my card for other items. Then to top it off I received a message to contact the front desk concerning payment. I spent a great deal of our trip worrying about the card charges and what we would be able to do. The day Manager was absolutely rude and made no attempt at customer service. We decided to end our stay and then was informed I would have to still pay for leaving early!! I'm very unhappy and anyone staying should be aware price per night is before resort fees and parking fee!! Not impressed and would not recommend to anyone.

I had to switch rooms when I first got there. I reported mold three times on three separate occasions. There was no urgency and the last two they never took care of. I am highly allergic to mold and had to wash all of my laundry when I got home. The management is less to be desired and if you’re spending money for luxury, I would choose another hotel

It’s a beautiful resort, clean, peaceful and relaxing. I like the Paddleboards available for use and 6 pools to enjoy. I love that they are dog friendly but I would like to see grass to take my furry baby to potty since I paid a $70 pet fee per day of our stay, I did not find a patch of grass in Building 1 where we stayed. We had lunch in the Resort Restaurant and the food was amazing which justifies the price. There’s also a shuttle available for service. We enjoyed our time In this beautiful Resort.

Room did not have proper air conditioning, so we asked for a fan twice but wasn’t given despite reminders. We received it on the second night only. They promised to have an engineer check it out but don’t think they did anything. Room had a strong moisture like smell throughout our stay. They charge $27 per day for parking. Rooms face the marina and not the actual ocean. Rooms weren’t cleaned on a daily basis. Only water bottles got replenished. We stayed for three nights. It’s located in Stock Island and not in Key West. Onlly transportation is through their shuttle which runs at an Hourly basis. Not a great experience and value for the money. Also, make sure to tally your expected charges with the Expedia invoice. They seem to differ and they blame Expedia for the difference in amounts.

You get the “resort” feel outside of the room but for the price per night you don’t get the “resort” service, or room. We asked for new towels, never received them, the “blanket” for the pull out couch was like sand paper and we were given attitude when we asked for a replacement. The AC is non existent in the living area making it hot and stuffy. The bathroom tub and air vents were disgustingly dirty. Dust, hair, and mold are unacceptable. Several German roaches were killed in the bathroom when we first arrived. Take the time to replace your carpets if they are falling apart and missing chunks. The elevators have no Ac so expect to be very hot if you need to use them. All and all not what you would expect a “resort”.

First room in building 3 was quiet but smelled bad so they switched our room. Second room in building 1 was good except it was noisy with kids in the next rooms and screaming in the pools ..otherwise the resort is really nice and well cared for the grounds are beautiful and the marina is interesting to watch. The maintenance workers and housekeeping do a very good job. We never did find the ice machine, but there were wine glasses and a coffee maker.

It is a shame that the pools do not have staff to serve food and drinks to guests during the entire time they are open, I believe that the Hotel would earn more with this service and they would achieve better customer satisfaction as well as increase the Hotel's food offerings. since they only have a Restaurant and a limited Menu

Upon arrival the front desk employee’s were the best and so accommodating. Especially Daniel and Sam. Out of all the resorts we’ve been too this is by far the best . 10/10 experience when visiting key west. They even have complementary rum punch upon arrival and free scheduled excursions on site. Thank yall for an amazing stay

Very Nice property! Super clean, massive rooms! Loved the shuttle service to get to and from. Only downside is the location is a bit far from the main drag and not much to do around the property and only one option for food. Other than overall, it was a very nice stay!

When we checked in at 11pm our room was destroyed. It was never cleaned and looked like it had a crazy party in it prior to us arriving. The staff had no other 2 bd suites to put us into and so they offered to split up my family in 2 single rooms. When I woke up the next morning I discovered they charged my card for the 2nd room. When asking them why they charged they said because now I occupied 2 rooms and not 1. The staff actually said they did me a "favor" bc they didn't charge me full rate for the 2nd room. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
