The information about parking ahead of time would be much appreciated. The road construction came as a surprise. Otherwise, everything was good.

Overall, this property is very nice. The staff was great and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. My favorite part was getting greeted by a beautiful calico cat at the gate entrance. This hotel is right next to where the Saturday farmers market is located which was great. There are only a handful of parking spots in the hotel and if none are available you have to park on the street which was very sketchy at night time. Also, there is a huge situation nearby with crows. They all gather by trees next to hotel in the evening and the noise they make can be very annoying, especially at 5am.

Our accommodations were very simple however they managed to cover all your “ creature comforts “ with five stars! The breakfast in the morning was excellent as well.

Our family loved our stay at Ten North. Such a great location and close to everything, and the staff were wonderful. The kitchenette was perfect for a few days stay and my kiddos loved going out to the pool first thing in the morning before walking to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!

Staff was super friendly, area was super nice and walkable to the beach and restaurants.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was always available and helpful and it was close to everything, grocery, restaurants and the beach.

Our room was clean, quiet, and cool; we chose the kitchen suite option with balcony overlooking the pool. Private parking on site or on the quiet street out front. Short walk to beautiful beach with low cost umbrella & chair daily rental. Great food in most restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Morning coffee free and good hot breakfast available at reasonable extra cost. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely staff

Nice stay. Very nice lady at reception. Only 2 things - shower was not very strong nor warm and not the hotels fault - but the street was under construction and it literally collapsed into a hole under the wheel of the car when we got out of the parking which damaged the car - enough we couldn’t get out without multiple men lifting the car back out. .

Based right in the heart of Tamarindo. Ten North was the perfect spot to be to hit up all the shops and amazing restaurants. We walked everywhere and when we woke up Saturday morning there was an amazing farmers market right outside the hotel where we grabbed some morning treats and local artwork. Thanks Ten North! We would stay here again in the future, good bang for your buck! Signed a New Yorker.

The hotel was quite comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind ,attentive and helpful. The pool was small but it served its purpose. The breakfast was delicious for a small price.

This place is adorable and a great price. So close to the beach and shopping/food. We had a great time and if we come back to Costa Rica I will definitely try and stay here!

Location is very central and staff was really sweet. Unfortunately they suggested I pay for an upgrade to an apartment if I wanted quiet sleep. At 9pm the music starts and increases with extra deep bass (earplugs couldnt block) until well past 1 am. I was promised the next night would be better since it would be Sunday. It was louder still. Loved the service people here and the central location, but didn't like the music beat or proximity to loud nightime skate park (next door). Too bad I can only give it average because the staff was so nice.

Property is located in a great part of town. Close to everything, beach,shops, restaurants etc.Easy parking and the pool was refreshing.

This is a great property tp stay in if you want to be in town and walk everywhere. I had a Queen bed poolside room on the main floor. the room is clean and comfortable but is not modern and updated. Accommodations aside, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. I would stay here again and would recommend it for a good value for sure, but it would be wonderful if the rooms were updated.

The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. They are very friendly and held onto our luggage for a full day even after we checked out because we had an excursion. Property is clean and in a great location.

We loved that everything was so walkable. There's a grocery store right across the street and on Saturdays there is a huge farmer's market right next door in the park. Staff were extremely helpful in planning activities and helping us find anything else we needed. There is a club nearby that has loud music at night, so pack earplugs if you're not planning on partying all night. They also have them available for purchase at the front desk. It was lovely to have high quality fresh coffee available by the pool every morning. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. We stayed for a week, so we did a grocery run the first day and cooked many of our meals in the room. They have all the utensils you'll need for basic cooking. We also highly recommend Breaking Bread or Cha Cafe for breakfast and Surf Shack has incredible burgers and shakes.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Lovely home made breakfast for $10 USD. Excellent location. Walk to every thing. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores. Can be a bit noisy with music at night especially on Saturdays.

Loved Ten North. Was able to walk everywhere easily. Great access to many cafes, restaurants and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication on paid shuttle pick up was excellent. Highly recommend!
