I booked for 4 adults stay 2 big beds in one room.
But I have to set up one bed in the living room .
I have to call front desk I need additional 2 blankets 2 pillows 2 bath towels for my 2 teenagers .

It was an older hotel. Carpet was older, rooms were smaller than newer hotels. No luggage racks, had to request, and only a few hangers. Not the Hyatt stay we are used to really.

We spent four days at Disney and then came to the hotel to spend one night before flying home. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, calming, and low key . Really great squishy pillows! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, with nice soaps, shampoo etc. 10/10 would recommend!

My stay at Hyatt home was swell. Everything was smooth sailing from check in to check out. Clean, staff are hospitality, breakfast is pretty good, quiet area and just overall very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Comfy beds, large rooms, little store, restaurant and bar on site, awesome free breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices, free shuttle to/from hotel and clean.
Perfect for 1 night after flying in to SNA for our cruise out of Long Beach. 40 minute Lyft/Uber ride to port. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty new, nice and clean. Easy access to business. Quite area at night even with close proximity to airport. Much nicer than Nearby Crown Plza which really needs an update.

My family of 3 stayed here for the night. The property is well kept and is a short drive to a lot of restaurants. The free breakfast isn’t bad at all and offers the convenience for all travelers who have an early flight. This hotel is 3 miles from the airport but I did not hear at all airplanes passing by. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the older gentleman who checked us in was passively rude. He acted as if he was annoyed with us, it was odd. Other than that interaction, the rest of the staff were amazing and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature and I was lucky to have it to myself while I was there. The rooms were clean, accommodating and they felt spacious. I loved that they had a water filling station on the bottom floor, on top of all their other offerings. Overall my party had a very enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful! Water dispenser in the lobby, solid breakfast in the morning, and other little details really made the stay! Parking is in a garage behind the property. Outside sounds at night like loud cars could be a dealbreaker for some!

The room was nice and spacious. The main thing that stood out was the personnel. Every person who worked there was so nice. I had not had such nice engaging people from every dept before. The least personable was the front desk they were nice. It was nice having an outdoor seating area off the dining room was very nice to have with small kids and not one used the area but us. It was a nice patio.

The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance) are super friendly. They’re hands down fantastic! The hotel, itself, needs updating. The carpets need cleaning, lots of dirt stains. It has seen better days. The bed mattress needs replacement. Ours would sink down. The pillows have no support. Need to be more firm. For $219/night, I had expected a high-end room suite. My suite was not high-end. Definitely needs a lot of TLC.

Great experience with front staff on 6/22/24. We love Hyatt house for our sojourns. Easy and seamless check in with Expedia and even faster check out. Basic breakfast is basic, nothing to write to mamma about. But it was hot and tasty. Kitchen staff refresh food constant, always pipping hot and loaded. Housekeeping were courteous and fast. Note: during our trip, there was repairs to be made, so elevator took some time, with only one operational. Overall, Hyatt house irvine is a treat. Made great cause of the staff. Sincerely thank you.
