i stayed at the omni hotel at the battery in atlanta, georgia and it was great! the hotel staff was really friendly and answered all of our questions when we checked in. it was my first time booking a hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. the guy at the desk was named gift and he was really nice.

Amazing stay! Impeccable friendly kind staff and service. Convenient to so many things. Rooms were very clean and beautifully designed. Gorgeous bar and restaurant on property and steps to The Battery with so many options to choose from for food and entertainment. Very family friendly.

Exceptional Stay at the Omni Atlanta Battery!
My husband and I recently stayed at the Omni Atlanta Battery to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with excellent service, especially by Ms. Varlita at the front desk. She made us feel so welcomed and ensured our special occasion was celebrated in style.
After attending a thrilling Braves game, we returned to our room to find a delightful surprise of strawberries and champagne, which made our night even more memorable. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches were truly appreciated.
The location, service, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Omni Atlanta Battery to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the action!

Didn’t realize it was literally next to Truist Park so did not anticipate the noise level. Good to be able to watch the game from the fifth floor bar but the noise from the stadium and street kept me awake until one a.m. the food was good but the choices were limited. The staff was helpful and kind.

Stayed here for a Braves weekend. Had a "room with a view". Awesome view overlooking the stadium and the Battery. Just be aware, after a home, weekend game, the VERY LOUD music coming from the nightclub at the Battery will go on until 1 to 2 in the morning and will permeate the rooms with a view. As much as I loved the location, I will not get a room with a view again on Braves weekend home games. Loved being able to walk to the game though. Maybe an interior room. The hotel is very nice and the staff as well. If you plan to stay up late on game nights, then you won't mind the room.

We so loved the location of the hotel to the venue. We had late night food from their restaurant that was absolutely delicious. It was a 5 star experience til it was time to shower after being in the sun all day. We discovered we were given an Ada shower so no shower head attached to the wall so that was the first hurdle. The shower bar detached itself and came loose coming a couple inches from hitting my head. Therefore, my husband wasn’t able to shower at all. Upon checking out, we were given complimentary overnight parking in exchange for the inconvenience. Still not understanding how that made it ok. When asked why I was given Ada in the first place, I got no answer.

We enjoyed staying here for the weekend and went to two Braves games. Could not have been more convenient. The pool area is very nice and gym is nice as well. The only issue was the noise at night as the music is going until about 12:30am on the Battery but too be expected. Staff was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was spectacular! It is a beautiful hotel nestled right next to Truist Park on the battery. Prime spot for a Braves baseball fan and anyone wanting a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Every staff member was impeccable with their hospitality. We had a hiccup with our 3rd part payment with Expedia and Keri Johnson, assistant manager, resolved our issue promptly and was over the top accommodating! Jessica, at the National Anthem restaurant in the hotel, gave super service, a great attitude and made us feel welcome! I would definitely recommend the Omni hotel and give a 5 star rating.

Best hotel in the world. Amazing views of Truist Park. Staff is friendly and love how much the Braves are integrated into the property and how the staff supports the Braves on game days. If you are going to Truist, no better place to stay.

The property was lovely- great location for ballpark trip. Loved our room
3rd floor bar was not staffed well - they seemed to drop in from other posts. no one knew where keys were to get drinks. We were handed menus but no one was around to take order. Manager eventually showed up and just said everyone was busy elsewhere - no real apology.
When you all have big events/conferences don't forget to take care of your regular guests. We are important too!! We gave up and went over to the yard.

Each and every member of the staff was outstanding-very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent although I killed a roach in the bathroom and never figured out how to turn off one of the lights. Charging for WiFi with the room rate as high as it was is stealing. Having said all of that, we will come back to this hotel if we get to another Braves game.

Our plane had mechanical issues and we never made it to the hotel. We spent almost $1200 on two rooms to take our young boys to the Braves game. The airline (Delta) won’t reimburse us for the room. The Omni won’t help us because we booked it through a third party, Hotels.com. Hotels.com says it’s on the Omni to help us, which they won’t. We are loyal customers of Hotels.com and we get no help from anyone. $1200 down the drain, never got there. Nobody cares about the little guy. Nobody cares about customer retention in this disgusting corporate profit driven world. Shame on all of them.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni mostly for its proximity to Truist Park and the Battery. I was a little disappointed in the lack of shops open on a Sunday for our walk about.
