It was great except for the check in. My GPS brought me to the address in the ad for the property but that old entrance is not being used. There was no signage to tell you where to check in...so after driving around the block a couple times (not seeing any signs for "Lobby" or "Check In" ) they did call me and clue me in to the place to check in. It was an unmarked small building across the street that did not appear to be connected to this property...so I just wasted about 25 minutes ....

Office is hard to find. I wish more details would be shared when booking. Such as you have to rent suites in order to get parking. Otherwise you have to find parking on the street which is very limited. The lighting is horrible. You have 1 lamp by the bed in the room for the lighting. Didn’t get a balcony or patio that we requested. Nor did we get a room facing the pool as requested. Air conditioner didn’t work so we went a night without any air. The maintenance did a good job in getting it fixed first thing in the morning. Again the 2nd night no air conditioning. Check in is at 4 and the water park closes at 6. Doesn’t give much time at the water park. You only get one pass if you don’t stay in a suite which also was not mentioned.

The young lady that checked us and did not give us the passes so that we could go down to the waterpark. We had to go back and get them which took a lot of time and there wasn’t even that much time to go into the splash park. The room was clean and very comfortable. The lady that brought up our towels was very nice as well. The biggest complaint is that you cannot check in until 4 PM and the splash park closes at 6 PM. The swimming pool also closes at 8:30. At $30 a person to use the splash park not being able to use it longer than two hours if you’re only there for one night is very disappointing.

The facility was very clean as was the condo. Great parking with a condo rental. Water park is great with a tiki bar on site and multiple restaurants within a few blocks. Beach access is just a couple blocks away as well. The only knock I have that it’s not very quiet, you can easily hear your neighbors and the water park activity. Overall a great spot for vacation.

Very nice only downsize is that the pool can only be use certain times since it is part of the water park.

It was a little confusing trying to find the office to check in. Once we stopped by two other hotels we finally found it. Once we checked in the room was great, the water park was great and it was a perfect location close to restaurants and beach access.

This hotel was beautiful and fun for our children.

We loved the location of this property! The unit was clean and spacious. We will definitely be returning again in the future. We were also thankful to run into an incredibly helpful maintenance gentleman upon arrival, who provided instructions of where to check in.

Checking in was a little difficult. Front desk was not very helpful and had “a long day”. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. Parking was tricky

Finding check in was not easy but the rooms were really nice. The woman at check in was very nice and helpful.

Walking distance to beach and food

Lowest priced room available and it shows. Served the purpose but room was dirty. I didn’t read reviews until after booking. Seems to be a timeshare. Inadequate parking. Took over two hours for a spot to open up. Great location. But bring cleaning supplies

Check in was easy, then things just went downhill from there. We went to get food while our condo room was still being ready and after an hour and a half they lost our ticket. Multiple people had issues while dining there, the server, Teresa I think her name was, was very kind and helpful and still tipped her after we just canceled our food and ordered uber eats. Then once getting into the room there was no linens for our sofa bed, so we had to then walk over to the hotel side to get linens only to be told they didn't have any and were trying to get more from house keeping! Had to wait over 20 minutes for that. There was a huge fight at the pool where a guy punched a woman in the face and cops came all in front of our family. It was quite a scene. The mattress was very uncomfortable and didn't sleep well and then took 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot. Overall not really impressed for the amount we paid to be here. The view from the condo was actually nice for a sunrise. Other than that I would of stayed elsewhere.

The room was dated and dirty. The room lacked appropriate storage for 3 people, 2 small drawers and a closet, so we had to use the ironing board to access our luggage/clothes. The splash park is listed as an amenity on the website, which is very misleading. Each room is entitled to only one free daily pass and you have to pay a daily fee for each additional pass. For larger families, this additional cost can be considerable. This needs to be made clear on the website. We really loved the area, short walk to an incredible beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our week at the hotel. It was close to the beach and right at the water park. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities.

Disappointed in our stay at the property. Only one elevator worked. NO maid service our whole stay , VERY disturbing.

Expensive. Too many extra fees. Parking, my husband is handicapped. Could not park in garage because of room type had to carry luggage across street thru garage elevator. Room uncomfortable only bed and desk chair. No desk. TV was terrible hard to find uptodate channel. Room was freezing. Had to put luggage on the floor. Room clean but dated and minimal. Thought we were getting an upscale room for $265. Very disappointed. No restruant.

The property offered a walk into the past. The area was not fully commercialized and it had a feel like when I went to the lake as a kid. The rooms were dated and somewhat clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that we were misled on the pool and water park. You have to read the fine print on the last page that the water park has a user fee per person. I would hope that they change that and remove the water park from the list of amenities and make it as an extra.

This is the 5th time we stay at this location. Great location, rooms are comfortable and speedy check in and checkout. Will keep returning.

Ac didn’t work everything felt damp rugs and bed

Wasn’t able to check-in until after 4PM. Was given a nice room but near elevator and bright light that peered in through blinds all night. Nice clean bathroom with plenty of linens. Didn’t use the water park since the weather was a bit rough, but did enjoy Jimmy Guana’s next door for oysters and a beer and some corn hole gaming at the Rum Shack. Great restaurants and breakfast spots within walking distance. Pipo & Betty’s! Got a bit messy parking under oak trees and there was a huge puddle from the rain in front of office when checking out.

The whole booking process was fast and easy, very affordable. Parking was convienant, rooms were so Nice and clean, very big with lots of Space. Whole full kitchen and bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.

Nice place to stay. Got a two bedroom and was perfect for a party of four. Stayed one night.

A $30/day resort fee was added to advertised daily rate. Was told the fee was for parking which was on the street, Wi-Fi, 1 ticket to water park which we never intended to use. We asked for extra towels because of 4 day stay which took 4 calls to get towels. No daily maid service. Clerk was unable to explain final billing correctly. Not what we expected.

This was a terrible stay. I had a connecting condo with a connecting door and heard the neighbors the entire night. Zero sound proof.

Poor sales practices, pool/water park is not included and is very expensive, not to mention every day you have to go to two different places to get the pool passes and then another place to get wrist bands. Don’t post a picture of the water park and then not clearly state the fees in the fine print.
