I have seen that this apartment had mixed reviews, but I am here to say that I found it 9 out of 10. Fantastic balcony views, nice and tidy. Great location, Coles Supermarket downstairs, close to bars and restaurants. Tram very close.
Main bedroom did not have a balcony but has an opening lever window for fresh air.

Really great apartment and location, but BYO laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid/tablets.
Has gorgeous veiws and close to everything. Also the air conditioning in the main living space did not cool down but it was a very hot weekend. But overall was a great stay

We stayed on the 33rd floor and the view from our hotel room was breathtaking. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and the rooms were huge, comfy beds and best location to everything that you need. Loved the pool and gym. Highly recommended.

Property is close to everything, so convenient having a shopping centre downstairs and around the corner from Cavill Ave and many attractions. Room could do with an upgrade

Great place to stay especially for families. Indoor pool & spa, outdoor pools. Kids playground. Close to shops, restaurant's, transport & entertainment for the children.
The only negativity I have is our air conditioning in our unit did not work & the water took ages to drain bath & sink. Also NO EXTRA blankets which was needed as weather was cold in morning & @ nite. Thank you

Great location. Rooms were relatively clean. But the furniture was a little old and slightly damaged

The room we were in was very outdated. The dining chairs were falling to pieces ,the toilet was broken the shower didn’t work properly the beds were rock hard. The bathroom basin had a crack from one side to the other. It needs a lot of renovation & new furniture.
Not sure if I would stay here again , when I booked through hotels.com I didn’t expect that this property was through a 3rd party with no reception at the property. If that had been advertised I wouldn’t have stayed here , as we had to walk a long way with a tired 3 year old to find the keys which are just in a lockbox a couple of streets away. This was the worst apartment I have ever stayed in.

From the moment I stepped into this apartment, I was greeted by a sense of comfort and style. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample storage, perfect for whipping up culinary creations. Location Location Location and views from level 36….amazing.
The unit is managed by HRSP and the info provided on how to enter the building is poorly done, outdated an irrelevant unless you needed to park a car. The unit was poorly kept, outdated furniture, main bedroom curtains are to small so I needed to clip them together to closed them. Toilet seat was broken and unusable. Carpet was newish, beds were comfy. The provision of 1 toilet roll per toilet, 1 dishwasher tablet, 2 garbage bags and 1 sachet of washing up liquid for a 4 night stay is inadequate. The indoor pool was closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was cold and the spa full of kids. The unit is located above Coles and easy walking distance to Cavill Ave and the Tram.

Beautiful view of the ocean, spacious and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our time there and a terrific pool and facilities.
However, there was a broken sharp soap holder in the shower, dodgy tap that wasn’t loose and an impossible to close sliding door (all in the ensuite bathroom) were a few of the small things that really need fixing in the apartment.

Stay i this property is a headache. The check in was a nightmare, theres nonone to talk in the office (regardless of the day or hour) keys must be collected from a security box in another location but I never received the code to open the safety box the phone provided doesn’t work and the didn't get any reply by email either. After 1 hour with wotif costumer service neither them or I could contact anyone in charge of the property, my little one was asleep in the car and I was asked to move multiple times from the "loading zone" stipulated by the as parking spot for key collection, the only way I could get my keys was because someone else was collecting theirs and opened the security box and I beg them to let me grab my set, I show them almost crying how long I was trying to contact the property regarding my problem and finally they let me get my keys, the return was a nightmare too and again I only was able to drop off the keys in the security box because someone else was opening the safe.
The apartment was dirty when we arrived, the beds broken with pieces hanging off the base support and the springs sticking out of the mattresses, the showers and toilet seats in very bad condition too, thick dust and stains in various surfaces and again no one to talk to apart from the wotif customer service but they can't do anything because. The parking is so small that we couldn't get out of the car through the doors we had to use the booth for it.

The property was a great size and having been to this hotel before had good expectations coming into the stay.
The property had a broken side table when arriving and after messaging the number left on the fridge advising to sms with issues never got a response during the entire 10 day stay possibly the number was wrong but disappointing.
The bathroom also had mould or some sort of residue forming on the top of ceiling above the shower which is concerning as it’s directly over your head.
The hotel itself is immaculate the pool’s (all 3)& both spa’s are next level in terms of quality and the access to them for most of the day (6am-9pm)
It’s also a 5 minute walk into the heart of surfers which makes getting around& doing things quite easy which then allows you to do more and see more on your stay!

First family trip to the gold coast,
chose the chevron self contained appartments
finding the carpark was a touch tricky but besides that everything was good,
location is perfect, central to everything, take the lift staright down to coles and also all the restaurants to chose from , walking distance
main street of cavel av is also 2 min walk , walk to the beach
its a self contained appartment, not a 5 star brand new hotel , i would definitely stay here again , amazing out door lagoon pool for the kids , but would have been better if it was heated, as the water was absolutely freezing
came here September 4-10 , i would avoid coming during school holidays or schoolies, it will be a bit crazy,you could already here the night life from the appartment at night while trying to sleep , and it wasnt even the busy period ,
Free designated car park ,if you were to hire a car, if you dont intend to do the theme parks , there is no need to hire a car

The room itself was excellent …but on our first morning we were woken at 6.45 with hammering and an electric kango hammer. We called Tim from Holiday Rentals Surfers Paradise who did our booking and he said it’s nothing to do with him call maintenance, spent all morning trying, Tod m.manager got it fixed said they shouldn’t have started till 8am apparently Tim had emails on this ,under the lounge and chairs was a lot of dust as my self and granddaughter would have sneezeing fits in this room .. other than that a great apartment

Overall it was a great stay. If say 9/10
The only minor issue was a bit having to find parking to collect the keys at 7pm from the HRSP office in and then drive 1km to the apartment.

Ideal location for centre of Cavil Avenue. Clean and freshly decorated. Nice furnishings and great views.

The apartment smelt like dampness, the king bed and the single bed was broke now our backs feel broken, the internet wasn’t working so we had restless kids who couldn’t watch cartoons, the fridge didn’t shut properly, there was one balcony chair as the other one was broken and dangerous and sharp, the kettle and toaster were rusty. The furniture was old and damaged. The best part about it was the air con and the pool.

Property was very old and the condition of the apartment was worse than expected. Location was great and central to everything. Many options for food nearby and great resort facilities. In particular the pool.

Fabulous views of the beach and city. The central lagoon and indoor pools a great resource for the teenagers. Lovely well kitted out apartment.

We booked a 3 bedroom ocean view apartment and the views were fabulous! The apt was huge, and had great ocean, city and hinterland views. Easy access to the shopping centre underneath and to all shops and cafes. The lagoon was lovely to swim in. Key pick up is at an office a block from apts but good info and instructions. Apt showing a little wear and tear but good value. Will stay again 🙂

The unit didnt look anything like the pictures online. It was dated, and had an unpleasant odor upon entry.
The lifts were painful also, often having to wait 10+ mins to get one. Parking was a nightmare, as often the park that was designated for us was occupied by someone else leaving us to try and find another park. The only good part about that was that when we told a security guard about it he led us to a park we could use that night without getting towed. Reception at the hotel was empty at the time and the "After Hours" phone didnt connect to anything. So without him we would have been stuck.
The main positive of the place was the lagoon beach pool which was nice.
Likely will not stay again.

The apartment was spacious with amazing views. The decor was nice but a bit tired. The kitchen items were minimal and they did not supply sufficient garbage bags or detergent - significant as there was no room service. The need to check-in and out at a different location was a pain. But overall it was good

Greg location with shops below and abou a 2-3 minute walk to cavhil Ave. the lifts were quite frustrating as you sometimes could have to wait Up to 10 or more just to get up to your floor. Sound petty but frustrating after you have had a big day. Apartment was good overall just needed a bit of maintenance, chipped tiles few stains etc, just a bit tired. But the view is awesome.
